We so enjoyed our stay. Edele was welcoming and helpful in preparing for our trip. Location was walkable to city center areas and had good restaurant choices within a 5 minute walk. Place was clean and comfortable for a place to hang at days end. Perfect for our family of 5.

This property is one of my favorites that our family has stayed in. This property was close to everything we wanted to do within Edinburgh and the property owner went above and beyond for us to welcome us as we arrived.

The property is fabulous with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's listed as having a hot tub but no sign of one, hence the 4 star review rather than 5.

This was a great flat in a perfect location in Edinburgh. Of particular note is that it has a huge kitchen and two beautiful recently renovated bathrooms. Edele was in constant contact with me to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Great stay. Edele was absolutely superb. Amenities were awesome, the rental was outstanding. Clean and stocked. Great location, short walk to tram and buses. We have traveled all over the UK and.this is hands.down the best place we have stayed. I simply cannot say enough except truly outstanding.

We had a wonderful time! Edele was fantastic and met us as we arrived. She was really accommodating with equipment for the children. She even allowed a later check out as the property had availability on the day we left which was very kind. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

The host was helpful and provided a lot of great advice and resources before we even arrived. The location was very convenient and the apartment was fantastic! All the amenities that we needed, were open and roomy, thoughtful touches like various maps and local guides to get around. Highly recommend it to others!

The property and host were wonderful. We were personally greeted upon arrival. The apartment was clean and spacious for 6 adults. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere and particularly enjoyed having detailed pages of information and recommendations. A gem!

Flat was clean with good facilities, 15 minute walk to centre of Edinburgh, and shops for groceries nearby. Communication with host was good.

The flat was spacious, well equipped and as described. Communication with the host great - straightforward and flexible. The flat is in a nice, quiet part of the city and walking distance to the centre. Would stay again.

From the first communication with Edele and through out our 10 day stay she offered my much guidance and help along the way. Unfortunately we never personally met but she offered to organize a taxi when my Uber app did not work, she brought us refreshed towels, instructed us how to use the washer dryer even though there were instructions included and looked into any other concerns we had. The home was lovely and comfortable and most importantly very quiet. We were not in the middle of the action but benefited by getting sleep. Edinburgh is a great compact town so even at the outskirts we were no longer than 30 minutes of pleasant urban walk to our destination. Military Tattoo and Fringe Festival was awesome the the county has the most welcoming and friendly people we have me in all our travels. The Highlands, Isle of Skye and Lewis and Harris should all be part of trip to make sure you have really experienced the beauty of the country and the people. Oh, and by the way, I got a note from Edele after we returned home that she was sending some clothes that I left behind. How is that for service!

Plenty of space to spread out for our group of 5 - the youngest being 8 yrs old. Kitchen was stocked and we were able to make dinners easily, but within walking distance to restaurants and a Tesco Express. Owner greeted us and answered any questions we had.

Great cozy property - ground floor, easy access - plenty of room for 5 people. Walkable to CoCop, pubs, wide range of restaurants. Tram extension is huge plus - 5 min walk to tram stop, easy access from Airport all the way to Leith. Good mix of amenities - very clean. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in Edinburgh and Edele was a great host! The property was better than we expected and very close (15-20 minute walk) to new town/ Royal mile. Shopping for food / cafes and lots of thrifting a short walk away. We would definitely stay with Edele again!!!

This property was just as described and the owner was incredibly helpful with information ahead of time. She also responded to questions right away. We sure enjoyed our first trip to Edinburgh!

After staying at a few other VRBOs in England and Scotland I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of this flat. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the owner personally stopped by to make sure we were all set and answer any questions. It was quiet at night and black-out shades on the bedroom windows were much appreciated, too, as we where there near the longest day of the year! It is in walking distance to a main street with lots of good restaurants and bus/tram service.

We needed to be relatively close to the Edinburgh airport as a couple of our group had to fly out early one morning, and we also wanted to be able to walk to the main part of Edinburgh for a day in the city. This apartment is the perfect location for both of those. Since Edele provides parking, we were able to drive in and park at the apartment, but then leave our car there and walk to the city. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the towels smelled so fresh and clean. We also appreciated that Edele provided shampoo and body wash since it's so challenging to pack those things when flying! A couple in our group appreciated the coffee that was also provided. The beds were so comfortable, and it's such a cute place. The layout allows for some to go to sleep early while others can continue conversations in the living room or kitchen without keeping them awake. Edele provides a wealth of brochures and travel guidance so that you can find many things to do. This is a spacious apartment with everything we needed. We would have loved to stay longer! Edele is super great at communicating, too! She's the perfect host!

This was a great hub for our quick Edinburgh visit. The layout of the flat made it easy for 3 couples to share the space. Nice and roomy, very clean, well equipped, large shared bath (compared to other UK properties we visited) and great communication with the owner. It’s not fancy, but we didn’t need fancy. Just a great place to rest and refresh while we enjoyed long days of sightseeing.

We found the property to be just what we needed. The location was perfect for walking to the city center and day trips by car to the beaches.

Edele was very attentive and welcomed us personally upon arrival! The area was great ; quiet and yet close to town . I only wish we could have stayed longer in Edinburgh!
