On the 1st day of check-in, a water bottle was not provided even after asking.

Shuttle was helpful, but badly signed at the airport.

Overpowering smell of paint solvents disturbed my sleep and made the room quite unpleasant.

I like the location of that hotel and free shuttle bus service which was good .

I feel like I am in any 1 start hotel i didn't expect this much of bad service .it's looks like to me self service hotel on airport every thing you have to do by your self I was not aware itw self service hotel otherwise I will never stay their , i stay 2 weeks their but I feel that as per room change their is no service even one time I ask for fork and spoon they refused to give . upon departure they even don't have bell boy service in hotel I have to carry my 4 bag by my self with my wife .I never recommend anyone to stay their bcoz of lack of service .
