Everything was good

We got stranded an extra night due to issues with our plane and needed a room at the last minute that was close to the airport at 9pm on a Sunday. The free shuttle arrived quickly & the hotel was a straight shot from the airport. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. We hadn't eaten & the kitchen made us food even though it was close to their closing. It didn't feel like it was just tossed together. Contrary to other reviews, our king bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. It's not a fancy hotel, but it is clean & comfortable.

Honestly, we were there less than 12hrs & found nothing to dislike.

It was very clean and well appointed

We had planned to eat at grill & bar in the hotel but no one would even acknowledge you were there so we went elsewhere to eat

It had a great location friendly staff and near food places

The tv in our room didn’t work

The exceptional customer service at front desk, especially Suzan & the nice gentleman who helped us check out a day early (sorry, can't remember his name)

We had a handicap room that I didn't ask for. Water all over the bathroom floor while taking shower no refrigerator and no complementary breakfast
