beautiful location and grounds, incredible views and cooling atmosphere. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the room was spotless and well thought out with extra touches like local coffee and a cafetière and umbrellas in case of rain. good continental breakfast with delicious warm cakes, fresh juice and choice of eggs.

few small maintenance issues (the light outside our room wasn’t working and also one out on the stairs down to our room). some mosquito repellant spray would have been useful for the room. the dinner in the restaurant was ok but some dishes were over cooked and dry (the fish). it is also quite cool at night due to altitude and as all eating is outside on the terrace a few blankets would have been a nice touch. in addition as I wasn’t drinking alcohol there was quite a limited selection available

We were never told our lodgings were five flights of stairs down. It prevented us from fully enjoying the resort. Even after repeated requests the bed warmers were never repaired or replaced, and it was cold. Same with the electric teapot. It stopped working after the first night, but was never addressed after several requests.

beautiful cottages and view. the layout of the property really emphasized the beauty of the island. the landscaping was perfect.

without a microwave or hot plate in the room, the only option for food was the hotel restaurant, which does not accommodate a lengthy stay.

Strawberry hill is my new vacation spot in Jamaica There is no need to stay anywhere else. Samantha , all staff at dinning area was so professional. The property manager Ricardo so courteous. The rooms are so gorgeous safe , clean and peaceful.

Love love love everything about this place, from the food to the ambiance to Just how relax you get immediately you drive onto the property, but most importantly the staff; from the security bat the front gate to the guy cleaning the grounds it's just fantastic. Be back soon.

The views are amazing! You get a view of the mountains and Kingston city below. Actually if you look far enough you can see the ocean as Kingston harbor is within view! The landscape is beautiful and well maintained. There’s a variety of blossoming flowers and trees with the most beautiful colors. I loved that they placed freshly cut flowers in the rooms and on the dining tables daily. The sounds of the birds creates an even more tranquil atmosphere. The room was cozy and well maintained. The turn down service at nights set the tone for rest and relaxation. The staff is amazing! Everyone’s so attentive to your needs! Overall it’s an amazing place.

The food was delicious but expensive, especially because it’s not included in the price of the room. However there’s continental breakfast which was a plus. The bar is also a bit pricey but you must try the Blackwell Rum punch!

Staff is very helpful and the views from strawberry hill are just breath taking. If you are looking for a truly beautiful and peaceful experience this is the place. Loved the infinity pool.

Exceptionally beautiful surroundings - you feel as though you are in the palm of god’s hand (even me, and I’m an almost-atheist!). Gorgeous property. Lovely breakfast. Lovely pool. Peaceful, quiet, cool. Lovely staff.

There was quite a bit of hair in the shower drain and on the floors from previous guests. Please invest in vacuum cleaners! The brooms do not cut it. The food apart from breakfast was overpriced and bland. Rum cocktails disappointing. I had a pedicure which was disappointing. Property beautiful but could use a lick of paint and some updating (eg replacement of stiff door handles).

We arrived & were met by the GM & his wonderful staff. The location is in the hills, and the views were of Kingston & the hills were gorgeous. The meals were excellent & a perfect variety including local dishes. The gardens are fantastic.

I would have liked a fan in the room.
