We had a wonderful time staying at this villa. The facilities are just what you need, there is plenty of space both indoors and out.
The rooms are comfortable and most have air conditioning, which really helped as it was very hot during our stay.
The hosts are very helpful and on hand if you need any assistance.
If was to be super critical, I would say that the villa is close to needing an update, and whilst there are no issues with anything, it’s just starting to look a little tired, but this in no way spoiled our enjoyment and we would certainly return.

Sharon and kenny couldn’t do enough for us including personalised touch to help us celebrate and extremely accommodating and helpful. Villa is clean , views amazing, walk to town is fine but of a hill but doable. Pool wasn’t too warm but other than that would highly recommend this villa,

Just returned from a lovely week. Sharron & Kenny were perfect hosts, making sure everything was prepared for our arrival. They both met us at the property and clearly explained everything we needed to know.
We did have an issue with the electrics dropping out a few times on day one but Kenny and Sharron came over as soon as we informed them and after a quick fix we had no other problems until the final day. Sharron and Kenny were contactable, accommodating, and attentive.
Our whole party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay here in Moreira.
Sharron & Kenny were fantastic hosts. They kept in contact with us before & during our stay making sure everything was ok. They recommended some lovely local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The villa itself was perfect for our needs. On the 2nd day we had an issue with hot water & immediately this was rectified by our hosts.
The pool was a great size & we had enough loungers for our whole party.
The villa had all the amenities we could need, including towels for the pool, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
The walk down to the beach takes around 30-40 mins depending on your pace but is definitely doable. However next time we will definitely be hiring a car!
There are several restaurants in walking distance. In particular the Mexy-Go & Casa Lili were fantastic. There was also an Italian but cannot remember the name.
The best beach was by far La Portet - absolutely stunning!
We would love to stay here again in the future & want to thank Sharron & Kenny for being such great hosts

Lovely villa
We stayed here for a few days and it was lovely! The villa is stunning and has absolutely everything needed for a family holiday. Would probably recommend a car but there are supermarkets and places for food in walking distance. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

A wonderfull house
My family stayed for one week at this beautiful house. The outdoor area is much nicer and lager than expected. The city of Moreira was also a present surprise with a small but nice Beach and many good restaurant.
If you want a large house with many bedrooms,a nice pool and a large outdoor area - this is the house to rent

Wonderful villa located in a great spot, quiet, clean and great views - exactly as pictures show. Sharron was so helpful, fast to respond and nothing was too much bother, would definitely book again.

Perfect family holiday
Just returned from a wonderful family holiday. The villa was perfect with excellent outdoor space. Lovely and clean and very spacious. Although once past the initial hill it is a flat walk into town, we did find it a little far for the little legs in the family and my parents who are both 70 and 71. Having said that it didn’t stop us as we walked into town on 4 different occasions we just would maybe consider a car next time. Sharron and Kenny throughout the whole process of first booking to then arriving and responding to any queries were nothing short of excellent. Nothing was too much bother for them and they made our stay in Moraira so comfortable and easy.

The house was amazing! It was so clean and comfortable. The views from the pool were awesome too. Sharron & Kenny are lovely landlords. They were at our disposal at any time, answering us very fast and nice.

Un alojamiento de lo más acogedor
Fuimos en septiembre a pasar 5 días a la casa de Sharron y durante toda la estancia hemos estado de fábula, la casa es muy grande y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Utensilios de cocina, aparatos electronicos y ademas caben 4 coches para aparcar dentro de la casa. Ademas, Sharron nos acogió de manera muy rapida y puntual y pudimos disfrutar de unas vacaciones de en sueño. Muchas gracias por tu amabilidad Sharron! Repetiriamos de casa y de anfitriona seguro.

Todo bien con ciertas puntualizaciones
La casa es muy grande, con impresionantes vistas y una zona de piscina estupenda. La cocina con mucha luz y las habitaciones, todas menos una, grandes y cómodas.
El problema de la casa son dos. Para el precio que pagamos, la limpieza no fue adecuada y la piscina, por su alto contenido en cloro (ya que venían a echarlo cada dos o tres días, sin preaviso por la mañana) ha estropeado varios bañadores (dejándolos verdes). Todo esto fue notificado a los dueños y no nos dieron soluciones.

Family and friends summer retreat
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa I loved the layout of the villa and it worked very well for my family and Friends. The pool is larger than expected which was a huge bonus.We didn’t need to bother Sharon and Kenny much the one time I did re timing of the pool lights and where to find a new Gas bottle for the barbecue both was rectified. Straight away.I was really sad to leave as after a 3 week stay I really felt at home there. Would I return to this villa ? Yes I would.

Great villa for groups of friends and families
We all had a very relaxing and fun stay at the villa. The pool area was ideal and the BBQ was great to have and put to good use on several occasions. The villa in a handy location for a number of supermarkets but a little too far from town for little legs to walk. The area of Moraira was really nice and more upmarket than the usual Spanish resorts.

Toller Spanienurlaub für eine 11-köpfige Gruppe
Wir wurden durch die Objektbesitzer sehr freundlich empfangen und in unser Feriendomizil eingewiesen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, von wo aus die Strände sowie die Innenstadt mit dem Auto sehr bequem und schnell zu erreichen sind. Die Umgebung und die Aussicht vom Grundstück sind bezaubernd. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist groß, verfügt über genügend Platz für spielende Kinder. Es passen mindestens 3-4 Autos auf dem hauseigenen Hof.
Das Gesamtbild wird durch den wundervollen Pool abgerundet. Es sind ausreichend viele Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Selbstzubereitete Mahlzeiten können bequem im Haus bzw. auf den Terrassen eingenommen werden. Für uns war der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt in dem angebotenen Objekt ein vollkommen gelungener Urlaub. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würden uns freuen bald wieder dort residieren zu dürfen.

Decent villa with great outdoor area
The villa was decent and the outdoor area was great. The pool was very nice and the temp of it during the day was very comfy. Plenty of space for the family on the terrace, sun loungers for all and the sun shines in the pool the whole day. Various tables and chairs for having meals outside were nice. We loved the gas bbq.
The hosts Sharon and Kenny were excellent, very helpful and great to communicate with. The welcoming pack was truly a nice gesture.

Great family holiday
We visited Pintor Rubens as a large family of 11 and found the Villa to be ideal for our needs.
Situated in a peaceful residential area, there are several very nice restaurants within close walking distance. One of the local supermarkets, Pepe Le Sal, will deliver your shopping which was very useful and enabled us to enjoy BBQ’s and watch the kids play in the large pool well into the night.
The Villa is large and airy and has plenty of room for either indoor or al fresco dining.
The town of Moraira is about a 20 minute walk and is full of bars, restaurants and, of course, the beach.

Was a very nice place in a lovely area
We came to the villa as a party of 10 looking for a very chilled out relaxing holiday and got exactly that we spent a lot of time by the pool and walking down to the shops by the beach and trying the local restaurant and cocktail bars. We all enjoyed our stay very much and Sharron and Kenny were very helpful!

Fantastic villa, convenient location!
Our stay in Moraira was fantastic thanks to an amazing property and excellent owners in Sharron & Kenny. We arrived safely thanks to their directions and were pleasantly surprised to find they had left us some complementary food and drink upon our welcome. The villa is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing holiday for a large group, and is situated just a short drive away from some lovely locations.
I would seriously consider booking with the owners again!

Great accomodation great pool great time had by all
This was an excellent property modern and well kept. Particularly liked the addition of the welcome pack. Having been to properties arriving late it was just one more added touch of service that just helps make it all the more special. We had a very young family with us so walkng into town wasnt ideal with the initial hill up to the property. That aside had a great time and Sharron and Kenny very helpul when required.

We had booked to use the air conditioning but did not need to. The villa is very airy and light.

Really lovely villa big and comfortable
The villa is a really good size we stayed with 3 adults and 5 kids didn't get on top of each other at all the area is really nice too supermarket and little shops just at the bottom of the hill and really nice beaches pubs and restaurants a short drive away...The agents who looks after the villa are really nice friendly and professional the villa was clean and welcoming would highly recommend
