The property was perfect for a large group of adults! Thoughtful details, beautiful pool, fire pit, outdoor shower— what more could we ask for?! We went for my friends birthday and we had the best time. They really thought of everything to make the stay easy breezy. David and Frank were super communicative throughout our planning process, available to answer questions as we prepared for the trip. Josh was available for anything we needed during our stay. It is definitely unfortunate there is a noise ordinance in Palm Springs because this house BEGS for some music by the pool! But we made the best of it and really had an amazing stay. Thanks for everything, couldn’t recommend this home for a big group more!

We rented this property for a four night stay with five other couples to celebrate a milestone birthday and everyone was thoroughly impressed with the property. Every couple had a room with a bathroom in each room, which was optimal for our group. The kitchen was a great set up for the group. We had a caterer use the kitchen to cook an outstanding paella dinner for the group. The house was perfect for watching the Super Bowl and essentially having our own Super Bowl party during the stay. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a stay in Palm Springs.

The house was great! Very clean and modern. Pool was awesome! Amenities were great, a bathroom in every bedroom is a MUST for a bachelorette party! The house exceeded my expectations.

We have had a large family gathering in this place for the Columbus day weekend. The place was nice and comfy for the most part. However, we have had some bad experience before our trip. The issue was that the listing is somewhat confusing and wrong on the VRBO website. On the listing it reads that you can have "Max guests: 14 (sleeps up to 14 adults) , but that is NOT true. In fact, it is 12 adults and 2 children. When we tried to figure this out with the host a couple of days before our departure, he was very rude and angry about that, and threaten us with eviction if they are more than 12 adults at the property. We ended up renting an extra room for the extra people to navigate the rules, but the language and confrontation was totally unnecessary and uncalled for. I have to say, on the other hand, Josh was very accommodating as we got there later that expected for check in (due to LA traffic), but I wish I could have say the same thing about the host! There were some other minor issues as well, but they are all negligible. (Unfortunately, as I am writing this review, they have not corrected the listing yet.)

This house was absolutely perfect for a group of 6 couples celebrating my husband’s birthday! The decor and layout worked perfectly! 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, amazing pool and outdoor entertaining area, and a large kitchen stocked with everything you need for entertaining! Also, a table that seats 12 people which was wonderful for everyone to enjoy meals together! Can’t wait to plan our next trip here! Thanks so much!

We stayed at this great property for a long holiday weekend. It looked exactly as advertised and the staff was top notch for check-in and support. The house is surprisingly large and able to accommodate multiple families or groups. I highly recommend it!
