The apartment is very nice and centrally located. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is large, and the layout is well designed. The host was very accommodating to all our needs (we were traveling with two small children), and responsive to our questions and requests. Overall, this was a very positive experience. You get in with a link which opens the main entrance and a code to get the keys.

The lift is quite small, and we could not fit in with our pram. In the end that was not a problem, as we could park it by the main entrance of the building. Anyway, the apartment is on the first floor so this is not a big issue.

Handy for restaurants, tram and hop on bus.

Ruim appartement. Alles aanwezig. Locatie is echt leuk, niet in het toeristische gedeelte, veel restaurantjes in de buurt, supermarkt vlakbij en alles is op loopafstand. Onder het appartement komen ‘s avonds veel mensen samen om gezellig wat te drinken maar daar heb je met slapen totaal geen last van. Wij vonden het erg leuk om te zien.

De kastdeuren en de keukendeurtjes zouden opnieuw afgesteld kunnen worden en het was handiger geweest als de toilet apart van de badkamer zou zijn.

We travel quite a bit and always stay at apartments. This was one of the best one we stayed. Location is perfect, 12 minutes walk from the bus station, 10 minutes walk to Guggenheim Museum. The street is full of bars (cafes), a market just in front of it. The apartment itself was very big, 2 bedrooms, big bathroom, very big living room & kitchen, quite sufficient balcony. It was also very well equipped, the bed and pillows were very comfortable (hard to find), towels were big and soft. There was a Nespresso capsule compatible coffee machine. And last but not least, our host Olga was very nice and friendly- special thanks 🤩

It's a great, really spacious apartment with two good sized double bedrooms and more storage space than you could need. It's nicely furnished and there's a little balcony onto the street. The hosts were very responsive, we had an issue with the shower and it was sorted immediately. The location is excellent, it's in a nice part of town, a short walk to the Guggenheim and parks, a metro 3 min away and loads of nice bars and restaurants in the area for pintxos! It felt like a very safe area to stay in. There's a nice little bakery right across the road and two supermarkets a couple of doors away.

There is a bar directly beneath the apartment and at weekends it's open until 2.30am. there were a considerable amount of people outside the building up until this time and although the window glazing is fantastic some noise does come through and the music can be heard in the bedrooms. I'm a very light sleeper but the issue was resolved with a pair of earplugs. The noise didn't bother my partner. There is no air conditioning and although there are fans, it was very warm during the night when we stayed at the beginning of June (26/27 degrees c).
