We’ve had a lovely relaxing time at this villa, very peaceful and the weather was great. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. Communication with Mark was excellent as was Pat at the management company who made us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We really enjoy staying at the villa and plan to come back

This is a large and modern villa suitable for larger families in a great location at La Manga. Los Lomas village is the newest village area and a good location with a couple of excellent restaurants. The villa has all the amenities you will need and is fully equipped, the booking process with Mark was easy and he was great to deal with. We would love to go back! Only a couple of suggestions: 1) instructions on how to reach the villa from the centre should be clearer (this is the property management company not Mark) 2) a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival would be very welcome, 3) we tried to find the shorter walk to the centre via the golf course but couldn't - also wasn't sure if it was actually allowed to use it as a route on foot!

This a a fantastic villa equipped with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday, with the added bonus of spectacular views from the many terraces. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we hope to return again soon.

We have been visiting La Manga for the past 10 years and have stayed in many of the communities but this villa by far was the best. Los Lomas is such a beautiful place to stay, quiet and relaxing yet close to the main facilities of La Manga club. The villa has everything you need and so much more, a real luxury home from home.

This is a great villa with lots of room for everyone to have their own space or come together for meals inside or out. It looks down over the golf course at the edge of Buena Vista with the pool having lots of privacy at the back of the property. We all enjoyed the villa and the pool (especially the pool heating at an extra cost, which meant in October the teens and 'warm-water only' elders were happy to be in it at any time). Mark is very quick to communicate and is very helpful. Pat at Mar Menor Management is absolutely great too, very approachable and incredibly organised, I was very impressed. We had a really good holiday here and would really recommend the villa. Many thanks!

We had a great stay in La Manga. The property is well kitted out and a good size for a family of 5. The mattresses are very good and comfy which can not be said on other rentals..... so all slept well! The pool area is nice and fairly private given the location. Sun stays on the back until 6 -6.30 pm which gave us enough sun time. There is also a natural shade area through the day due to the buildings roof which was good when you needed a shade break.

Superb villa, very quiet and peaceful area at the time we stayed. Just as described. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a self catering holiday. We loved the choice of terraces and outside dining areas with their wonderful views across the resort and beyond. The pool was a great size, immaculate and temperature just perfect so no need for pool heating. We didn’t hire a car for our stay but enjoyed the 15-20 minute walk to the main hub of La Plaza on occasion and also made use of the local taxi service which was very reasonably priced. The main supermarket has a home delivery service which was very useful. We chose this villa due to its proximity to the La Manga Spa situated in Las Lomas, the area next to Buena Vista, as we had booked some treatments there. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk to Las Lomas and we also tried two restaurants there. Luigi’s and Canonero. Highly recommend both of them. Overall, a wonderful holiday in a wonderful villa. Excellent communications from Mark, the villa owner, making the booking process a pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommend.

One of the best villas we have stayed in .

Thank you for a great week's stay. The villa was the most luxurious we've stayed in, with really comfy beds, lovely decor, tvs in all of the rooms, a really warm swimming pool and amazing views from the selection of terraces! We walked to Las Lomas for drinks one evening and generally ventured into the centre for dinner (walked via the golf course and back once on a cooler evening). Pat at Elysium Property Mgt was really helpful with advice re things to see and somewhere to go before our flight back. Would have loved to have stayed longer!

Very clean, bright, airy and spacious villa located on the hillside above the North Course. The Buena Vista location is walking distance from bars, restaurants etc in Las Lomas, but a few minutes by car or taxi from the central facilities of La Manga, and none of the half-dozen cabs we called took more than 5-10 mins to arrive. Communication ahead of time with the owners was excellent, and check-in instructions and directions completely foolproof. We were three adults occupying a double or twin room each, but the property can accommodate six easily, without any risk of tripping over each other. Recommended.

We recently returned from staying in this lovely Villa.It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all you need . The property has lovely views across the golf course and is very quiet.Its a 15 min walk from the shops, bars and Tennis Centre but for us ideally placed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Just returned with 5 other ladies who spent 4 days at this villa and we couldn't fault it! The property was immaculately presented and ready for our arrival with stunning views across the La Manga Club. We had been asked beforehand if we would like pool heating and we asked for this so the temperature was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds all comfy and the bed and bathroom linen was of a very good quality. There was ample outside eating tables and chairs (on all terraces) plus comfy chairs for lounging about it on the main one. The property is arranged over 3 floors so I wouldn't recommend it for very young children but otherwise, perfect for families. The pool area is private, beautifully secluded by a feature wall and lots of coloured flowers - very pretty - and of a good size with ample sun loungers. All in all, this villa was perfect and we are already thinking of re-booking later in the year. Some may be put off that this isn't within walking distance of the main bars, restaurants and tennis centre so either a car may be beneficial or extremely prompt taxi's which we used every day at a small cost of 5 euros each way. Of an evening along by the main 'strip', there are always taxi's waiting to take you home (even into the early hours of the morning) Getting to and from the tennis centre was never a problem. I must also compliment Pat, at their management agency who was super efficient in the lead up to the visit and whilst we were there. Nothing was too much trouble. Strongly recommend this beautiful villa.

The villa exceeded all our expectations. It had everything you could possibly need and more! There were 5 of us staying in the villa and it felt like we had plenty of space to relax. We paid to have the pool heated which was definitely the right decision, as my daughter spent most of the holiday in it! I wouldn't hesitate to come back for another holiday. Thanks Mark.

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in May & it was absolutely gorgeous! So much space, the terraces & pool were fantastic & everything was finished to a really high standard. The surrounding resort was lovely with plenty to do, and the Mar Menor was beautiful, we can certainly see ourselves returning!

I have just come back from a long weekend stay in the villa with friends. We have had a lovely time the villa is stunning and has everything you could need in it. It's very spacious with plenty of outside space. The pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers. Mark the owner could not have been more helpful with any questions and just making sure it all ran smoothly. I will be recommending this villa to friends and family and I hope to return soon.

Great pool, would like to come back

Comfortable, quite villa in an excellent location with great views. Full range of facilities. Able to eat in or dine out with ease. Heated pool an added bonus for an early spring trip to Spain.

Very good. Quiet location. Need a car or taxi to the centre of the La Manga golf resort.

An amazing modern classy home. We arrived when dark but my gosh when we awoke to the sun rising and amazing views for miles from the bedroom our breath was taking away. I have never stayed in such a beautiful house in such a world class golf resort. We are currently planning to spend a full month there next year !!!
