The staff was very friendly , the reception, at breakfast, and at the terrace. We got upgraded upon arrival. We had a stunning room with a breathtaking view. The terrace upstairs was perfect, do not miss it. And the breakfast was good.

I think that a trash can in the room should be added and maybe also conditioner and body lotion.

I impressed with the flexibility of breakfast time. Since we had to leave early in the morning, we requested half an hour earlier from normal breakfast time. The staff was nice and agreed to do it for us. In the kitchen we met 3 aunties who prepared breakfast for us. They are kind and nice. Breakfast was so good and plenty. There was bread, pastry, kachapuri, butter, cheese, honey, omelet pie, boiled egg, juice, coffee (not instant one), yogurt, fruit, vegetable. Thank you so much for memorable breakfast. : ) The room was good too.

The lady didn’t pay attention and made mistake about my reservations. She told me that I have no reservations and unprofessionally, she said no need to reserve through online just directly to her. Then I saw on my app that I already reserved and paid with free cancellation. Knowing that I have double reservations (4 rooms) so the reservations through the app I must cancelled otherwise I will pay for nothing ($350). I came to the hotel with my 3 children exhausted, confident that the lady already reserved for me and my children, what actually happened was she cancelled even my booking with her and blaming me for cancelling my extra 2 rooms ! I have explained to her that I have to cancelled because of her information, and why would I paid for 2 extra rooms? And infront of my children they shouted and me and telling me to sleep somewhere else!

Location is ok, room in general are quite nice, breakfast is poor but ok in general.

Location of family room in 1 meter from reception leads to noise, water didnt drain in a shower creating a huge discomfort

The hotel look different than the picture. It’s pleasure but not valuable this price.
