The price, the (male) staff

No safe, but after complaining 2 times they brought one. NO hot water. No soundproof windows.

NO BREAKFAST AT ALL, LOCATION QUIET

HAVING BREAKFAST

We had a nice large one bedroom apartment with a balcony facing a quiet street, full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Staff, Ms. SIrley (spoke good English) at the reception and the other lady that worked (sorry didnt get the name) were super super nice and very helpful. They even offered to help with our laundry. 24 hour front desk had someone always available to open the door for us. Location was good, not right in the center of the city but shops and taxies are always there. We will return for sure

Not much hot water, dont open the tap fully the heater cant keep up. If you open the tap half way you will get good hot water. There were no dinner plates in the kitchen (I am guessing someone forgot),

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big an clean room. Very quiet and safe location near to bis stops going into town.

They charge me a completely different price, way higher than what I booked.

Everything was perfect! The staff, the accomadations and the location as always was fantastic!

The apartament was clean, however, may have more resources on the kitchen and even a minibar with some option to eat if required, at least water.

nothing even leaving was a pain because of the inattentive staff.

They didn’t give me the apartment with a balcony like I paid for, they also never took out the trash (actually the one in the bathroom had something left in there from the last guest, as well as a half eaten bag of Doritos from the prior guest left in a kitchen cabinet) or even give me a new toilet paper, I had to buy my own toilet paper. Instead of using a normal window like any other seven story building, they have a sliding glass door with a rickety low railing (well below my hip, I’m 5’11”/1.81m for reference), and again, no balcony. The stove takes a solid 10 minutes to heat up even slightly. It’s very noisy here as well. It’s also very annoying, needing to be buzzed in and out of the building. Oh, and one last thing, the shower is small and has no hot water.

Privacy, Peace and quiet, comfortable, convienient.

That I had to leave earlier than expected for for business. I completely enjoyed my stay 100%. I recommend Icon 48 to all of my friends, family and business associates 24/7!

The people were pretty kind, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

The parking space was one of the worse that I have seen ever, pretty small, lack of order, they asked to park based on other guests needs.

it’s very well located, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay: comfortable bed, clean bathroom, a small kitchen and small living room.

Customer service was good and good value for the day.

They charged me 60000 cop for a towel. I believe the girl I was with washed hair and got her hair dye on the towel. I was in a rush to get to the airport so I just paid it. I thought that was a ridiculous charge and thought towel was not worth 12 usd. I've been 4 times and I will never stay there again

We had a reservation for a luxury room (queen bed), tho they gave us a standard room with a smaller bed. At 9 o’clock, they started to fix the upstairs apartments, making a lot of noise, which was very disrespectful and annoying. I do not recommend it at all.
