A fabulous villa in a superb location. We had a fantastic week away, the villa more then exceeded our expectations and is by the far the best villa we've ever been to in Cala D'or . The views are specatcular, the grounds are beautiful and very well kept, a great size pool. The villa is beautifully furnished, spacious and clean with many areas to relax. Nathalie and her team were always available to contact, we had a fab week away and are very much looking forward to returning in the future.

The property is spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, with magnificent views and a central location. We visited as a family of 7, with grown up children and our baby grandson. We all had a fabulous holiday. Thankyou

Perfect, the villa exceeded all expectation Nathalie was always available, responded to any queries and was professional The team looking after the villa were brilliant The area has everything for a multi generational stay The pool, gardens and terrace are amazing with the most stunning views and a spectacular sunrise. The accommodation didn’t disappoint All rooms have ample en-suites, are beautifully furnished and finished off There really is everything you might possibly need, from hairdryers in each suite to straws in the kitchen to inflatables in the garage for the pool. The lounge is large enough for everyone and really comfortable too There is a choice of outdoor eating areas as well as the dinning space inside Cannot find anything that we didn’t all love and enjoy about our stay here

We have had a fantastic holiday in the Villa. The view and outside area is spectacular, we had to force ourselves to leave and explore further afield. The pool is larger than it appears in the photos and a great place to cool off and watch the boats go by. The Villa is well appointed and beautifully furnished, any queries we had during our stay were dealt with promptly by Nathalie who is a great host. We had teenagers with us who were equally happy with different beaches in walking distance and bars etc , with a safe walk home. We are already hoping to book another visit. Thank you Nathalie and family .

This rental more than lived up to our expectations! Easy booking process, Nathalie the person we dealt with regarding queries etc was fantastic. The accommodation was perfect for our family, very clean and spacious for all our needs.... The outside area with the views will stay in our memories forever, can honestly say they are breathtaking views and we will struggle to match this accommodation in future holiday bookings unless we come back to cala dor then obviously this would be the chosen rental for us! A short walk into the centre for eating /drinking, the villa itself is well equipped though if you choose to eat in. The accommodation definitely made our stay in Majorca truly magical. Thankyou ❤️

From the first impressions until the last day of our holiday the villa exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is very spacious, luxurious and beautifully presented which all made for a great relaxing break. The sea view was amazing. It was great to have all the different areas to relax. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Nathalie was a great host and answered all questions and queries very promptly (literally within minutes). We will definitely be returning in the future.

Wir waren zu sechst (4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) in der Villa und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Checkin und die Betreuung vor Ort waren bestens organisiert. Kleinere Probleme (neuer Sonnenschirm) wurden umgehend erledigt. Die Villa liegt direkt am Meer (Fotos in der Anzeige sind sehr aussagekräftig) und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichter. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Can't fault it in any way. Easy ten minute walk to centre of town, stunning views and beautiful house. Paradise, actually.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an, sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und die Bilder geben genau das wieder, wie schön es ist. Das Haus ist außerdem sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze prachtige vakantievilla. De locatie is perfect! Het uitzicht is adembenemend, de stranden van cala gran en cala esmeralda zijn op loopafstand net als het gezellige centrum. Alle ruimtes in de woning zijn voorzien van airconditioning en de schoonmaak (1x per week) is erg goed! Er is een ruim terras en een patio met voldoende schaduw. Het zwembad is niet al te groot maar zeker groot genoeg. Er is een ondiep gedeelte (0,70 ong.) maar het loopt vrij snel af naar een lekker diep zwembad. Het contact met de eigenaar (Nathalie) verliep ook erg fijn net als het contact met de dame die de schoonmaak en handoekenwissel verzorgt. Wij komen vast nog een keer terug!

Large lounge/dining room but quite small kitchen. Sheltered courtyard area for dining is excellent, as is the gas-fired BBQ.The master bedroom is very spacious with an enormous balcony (but not really utilised); the other 3 guest rooms are of a reasonable size. Two rooms have twin beds. All have en-suite facilities and air-con.There is no mid-week maid service (which in our experience is unusual for this price point) although bedroom towels are changed once if required - but not pool towels. Indeed, there were one or two servicing and cleaning issues which need the owners attention. Additionally, no one was at the villa to greet us on arrival as promised - which was disappointing.The property owner - Nathalie - was very helpful and communicative throughout the booking. Note that all payments are made by bank transfer with no provision for credit card payments with associated consumer protection - which we would have preferred. Cala DOr town and nearest beaches are a 10 minute walk with shops and bars and a small supermarket - but quite touristy. A further 10 minute walk takes you to the marina at Cala Llonga with superior restaurants.If this is your first time staying at a villa like this, then there is a big Wow factor. If youve previously rented villas of this standard and price, you might find one or two shortcomings. That said, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Cala D’or has lots of shops and restaurants and is a lovely holiday town to explore. Nathalie and the local host Cati were always available on WhatsApp if needed and responded very quickly. We did have a small issue with the water pressure at the villa but pleased to say Nathalie sent help within 20 minutes for a quick fix and within 24 hours a team of plumbers had replaced the pump without any inconvenience to us at all. Very reassuring to have such attentive owners. We will definitely be back and would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Villa Casa Maravillossa is the most beautiful Villa i have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it is right beside the sea with spectacular views. The villa decor is modern and stunning. The agent is so helpful and is always available for contact! The people that look after the property are maticulous and lovely! You have everything you need for babies and guests when you arrive, i reoooked the day i came home, it is simply breathtaking 20 star!!!

Wij hebben in mei 2019 genoten van de villa, vooral het uitzicht is voortreffelijk! Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen. Overal is aan gedacht zelfs waren er bedjes, kinderstoelen en wagentjes aanwezig. Zeer goede zorg in direct contact met de eigenaar. Een aanrader !

Das Haus ist grosszügig mit vier geräumigen Schlafzimmern, drei davon mit Meerblick, eines mit Blick auf den hübschen, hellen Innenhof. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem Basissortiment an Gewürzen, Öl und Essig. Geräte und Werkzeuge, Töpfe, Pfannen und vor allem scharfe Messer sind da, erfreulich und durchaus nicht immer selbstverständlich. Der Blick ist wunderschön, die Terrasse grosszügig und mit bequemen Möbeln bestückt. Insgesamt fanden wir, dass das Haus sehr durchdacht und praktisch ausgestattet ist. Geschmackvoll dekoriert ohne dabei überladen zu sein, hell, freundlich und sehr sauber.Der grosszügige Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön anzusehen. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut, wurden bei der Anreise erwartet und gründlich eingewiesen. Es gab einen lokalen Kontakt sowie die Vermieterin, die umgehend auf unsere Fragen per Email reagierte. In der Nähe gibt es grosse und kleine Supermärkte in denen man sich versorgen kann. Es gibt die üblichen Souvenirshops und Restaurants. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man die Cala Esmeralda, die insbesondere vor 10.00 morgens wunderschön und still zum baden einlädt. Als vierköpfige Familie haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wat een fantastisch huis. Prachtige plek direct aan zee. Groot terras en tuin wat direct doorloopt naar zee. Vier grote goede slaapkamers. Heerlijk zwembad met goede ligbedden. Ideaal familie huis.

A lot of care and thought has gone into creating this beautiful, modern Villa. The views are breathtaking. As soon as we entered the Villa we felt totally relaxed. It has everything to hand and is ideal for a family holiday. We couldn't have wished for anything more from this Villa.

Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist genug Inventar vorhanden. Die Räume sind sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Am Pool hat es genügend Platz und Liegen. Einzig für 8 Personen etwas zu wenig Sonnenschirme.

Wir waren zu zehnt, drei Väter mit sieben Kindern und wir hatten ein megatolle Zeit im Haus. Der Pool, die Einrichtung, die Küche und die Sauberkeit haben uns zu 100% überzeugt. Wir kommen wieder :-)
