Perfect for a 50th bday celebration. The view was perfect too. The place was even better than the pictures in my opinion. We will be staying here again for sure!

Clean, spacious, convenient location.

We’ve been coming here since it opened. Will not stay anywhere else when we come to the island. It has everything you can possibly need and want. Highly recommend. Everyone is very helpful and extremely nice.

Loved our stay here- plenty of space, clean condo, a beautiful balcony and view and easy check-in process. They provide lots of information for taxis which you will want if you don’t rent a golf cart to get to downtown (you can rent golf carts from them but do so in advance. Pool was very nice which we are not used to at Put-In-Bay!

We used this location for a bachelorette party which was perfect for our group size! Very accommodating for set up of food, decorations and loved the water front view! Highly recommend for a group getaway!!

The washing machine electrical outlet was not functioning, but on day #2 management provided access to the vacant condo next door for us to wash our clothes, Thanks! All of the headboards on the beds in this unit were not attached to the bed, causing noise whenever turning over in the bed. When on the deck/patio, debris and/or liquids will fall down through the decking from the above patios.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on our deck everyday. It isn't right downtown in the action, but we rented a golf cart so we could get around. The view is gorgeous and my little boy loves being close to the airport & watching the planes. My only suggestions: the floors should be mopped before guests checked in. Our feet were black after 10 minutes of walking on the floor. We had to mop before we can enjoy our stay. Also, hand towels and hand soap would be nice amenities to have provided. Lastly, the pool should remain open later than 7:00pm.

There were a few small issues when we arrived - light bulbs burnt out, a toilet not clean and a plug that did not work. I called the phone number the condo supplied us with and we went out shopping everything was fixed when we returned.The view from our balcony was beautiful. When I made the reservation they said that there was a beach for swimming but the beach was not a place you would want to swim at. It had ruff rocks and very dirty water with dead fish and moss in the water. The pool was clean and very nice.

We loved the property!! The only thing that was rough was the parking. There were definitely people that had more than 1 car per condo. We had 1 car and couldn’t even park our car there because all spots were taken 😞 other than that we loved everything else about it! Very clean and loved the view of our balcony as well!

The cleaning staff did an excellent job to insure all areas were spotless. We were their for our mothers 90th birthday and she loved the place, especially the deck view of the lake. Our neighbors were quite rowdy at night BUT this basically being a party area, we were fine with it. They were celebrating and that's what's to be expected. Beside that the area was peaceful and beautiful. All of us would gladly stay at The Waterfront again!

There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The living room/kitchen area was perfect for gathering. We loved the private deck that overlooked the lake, and spent a lot of time out there. The pool facilities were in great condition and we enjoyed the warm water. We also appreciate the assistance we received from the employees. They were very professional and responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at Island Club Waterfront Condos again!

Reviewer Comments: The condo looked great and that was the only good thing about it. Our neighbors were banging on doors and windows all night, blaring their music so loud and waking up our entire household. I tried to call the offices 24/7 line and no one answered or helped. Security made the music stop once at almost 3am and they turned it back up all night. It was quite for maybe an hour before they started again at 8am. Could hear our neighbors talking about how much cocaine they have from the balcony. My kids could not swim in the pool due to drunks. I wish I could have my money back. My kids cried so much. We will never return here.
