10/10 Villa with amazing pool!
We spend 7 nights in the villa with a group of 12 friends and we simply had a wonderful time.
The house is equipped with everything you need.
The pool area is even better than shown on the pictures and on top of that there is your own access to the beach, on which you can have a walk to Donnalucata in around 25 min.
Massimo, the manager of the Villa, is easily accessible and will help you with anything immediately.
Definitely worth the trip! We’ll come back one day!

A wonderful experience
Especially suitable for a young family
A very safe natural beach straight off the end of garden and sea warm for all to enjoy safely.

We were a family of 13 spanning 3 generations. We loved that each bedroom had its own climate control and bathroom. The house was well equipped for our cooking needs.
The property is exceptional. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pool is incredible! Did I mention it’s right on the beach? Massimo met our every request for a beach umbrella, floaties for the pool, extra bed and on and on. He responded quickly to every communication.
There are lovely restaurants in Donnalucata which is a 5 minute drive or nice walk along the beach. We spent 2 weeks here and hated to leave.

Fabulous villa with wonderful Pool and garden. Great location right on the beach. House comfortable and homely. Well suited to mixed aged family group - including wheelchair user.

Sehr schöne Villa und sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung vor Ort
Kurz vor unserer Anreise hat ein heftiger Sturm den Pool und den Garten arg in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Dennoch war an unserem Ankuftstag alles in Ordnung. Da der Wassertank ebenfalls überflutet wurde, hatten wir Salz im Wasser und somit Salzwasser in Küche und Bad. die erste zwei Tage haben wir auch noch mit Wasser- und Stromausfalls gekämpft, aber das waren alles Nachwehen vom Sturm. Massimo und sein Team, waren jedoch jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar und haben uns gut unterstützt.

We had a week here in August, a mixed family group. The house is well equipped, excellent WiFi which seemed to work well throughout the house. Spacious bedrooms, a lot had lovely balconies outside them. Some of the showers are a little cramped but overall good. There is only one bath which is actually a double Jacuzzi which wasnt really suitable for bathing 18 month old girls. We did have an issue with the water in the house which was very salty apparently that is normal at that time of the year and although we told the lovely manager nothing was done. The owner has subsequently told me that had I contacted him he would have been able to sort it but as I had told manager I thought if it was sortable he would have done it. The manager was very responsive. I felt a book giving some useful tips for area, house , what sort of coffee pods machine took etc would have been very useful as well. The pool and gardens are beautiful, extremely spacious and lots of areas to sit in and relax. We played tennis on the court which is a decent hard court and not in full sun which was good! There is a gate leading onto the beach which is very convenient. .Overall a good week

Amazing pool, beach much fun for kids, good Lido beach bar Aziz close on beach also really nice to have. All rooms in house great size and clean upon arrival. Some great spots for meals in Donnalucata and a visit to Ragusa Ibla is a must! Massimo the host was very friendly and a great pizza chef, highly recommended.Slights downsides, charged for Rubbish removal which was not stated on the info. No interim cleaning or sheet changes for 2 week stay. Some minor problems with villa showers leaking for example. Overall, highly recommend this villa.

Un véritable coin de paradis
La maison, la piscine, les jardins parfaitement entretenus sont encore plus beaux que sur les photos…. Les espaces sont spacieux, propres et agréables, les différents endroits (salons extérieurs, transats et bar au bord de la piscine, cuisine d'été...) permettent de disposer d’espaces conviviaux ou dans lesquels on peut s’isoler.
La plage et la mer sont vraiment magnifiques avec un accès direct depuis la maison en traversant par une pelouse digne d'un green de golf...
Massimo est toujours disponible pour vous rendre service, ou réaliser pour vous de merveilleuses pizzas maison dans le four à pain de la maison… Un régale, à ne pas rater !!!
Bref, un véritable paradis, un havre de paix, pour de vraies vacances et un repos absolu.

Traumhaft..... überwältigend !!!
Wir waren mit unserer Clique für eine Woche in der Dalya Villa. Man muss sagen es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Massimo der Verwalter ist sehr aufmerksam und unterstützt bei allen Fragen. Die Anlage ist tip - top gepflegt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, es fehlt einfach an nichts.

The Villa Got everything. Fantastic place for a Holiday. The pool is super and the park is beautiful. We enjoyed every moment We where here. Massimo and his wife made 2fantastic dinners for us. I will recommend This for everybody.

Sensationeller Sizilien-Urlaub!!!
Nach den im Internet gezeigten Fotos waren wir sehr gespannt auf die Realität. Es war noch besser!!!! Persönlich in Empfang genommen vom Gastgeber, der uns das ganze Anwesen gezeigt und erklärt hat, haben wir uns von der ersten Sekunde an in dieses Haus mit dem grandiosen Pool verliebt! Die Realität ist noch schöner, falls das möglich ist. Der Pool ist riesig, die Anlage ebenfalls und sehr gepflegt (täglich sieht jemand nach dem Pool und dem Garten). Wir waren drei Familien, 6 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder (zwischen 6 und 12 Jahren), und wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen! Dank des Tennisplatzes sind wir alle wieder in die Turnschuhe gestiegen, sind täglich im Meer schwimmen gegangen (das liegt direkt hinter dem Gartentor!) und haben uns stundenlang auf der Luftmatratze im Pool treiben lassen. Dieser Sizilien-Aufenthalt war eine Sensation - und wir kommen bestimmt wieder in dieses grandiose Haus!
