My family stayed in Jionni’s condo for a family November wedding. I can’t rave enough. It was extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Jionni was extremely accommodating. The price for November was perfect for 2 families to afford. Do not second guess yourself if you are looking at this rental. You will not be disappointed.

This place was in the most perfect location and check-in and out was super easy. No issues at all and will be back!

I arrived 1 day prior to my family so I can get work done that needed to get done for my job so I can enjoy the rest of my stay. There was no internet.....Wi-fi was not set up. No computer, no TV. The rental was freshly painted which is great, but the odor was nauseating. After settling in, I went out to the grill to cook dinner, the grill was rusted and unusable. Not only that, there is a black charring up the side of the covered porch. there grill will cause a fire in the future. Don't use it. The owner was notified about the internet and the grill. after trying several time to get on the the internet, I gave up. notified the owner again. He told me he was just there and it worked fine, Meanwhile, the Xfinity box was sitting on the chair in the living room. The owner told me that there will be a new grill the next day and someone will be there for the internet. So the next day, we are waiting for the Xfinity installer to arrive. He showed up during our lunch. Sitting in the house waiting for Xfinity was not what we had planned for our morning. The grill never showed. Now it's our 3rd day, all the food I brought for grilling went in the freezer. Eating out was not what we had planned or what I can afford. Several hundred dollars for takeout. As you all know, the grill was brought but could not be installed because they needed a part. The owner showed up but never came in to apologize for our inconvenience. Still not grill. asked for a refund but no reply. Attorney notified

I rented this place for my parents for an Anniversary getaway. They had nothing but great things to say about the place. They loved the location and the layout of the house. They have been visiting LBI for the last 15 years, staying somewhere new each time, this was one of there favorite places yet.

Good location, nice townhouse. An easy walk to the beach.

Very nice house and was as pictured. A couple shortcomings: missing light bulbs, no towel racks in bathrooms and no batteries in smoke detectors. Otherwise owner was very helpful and amenable with our check in time and linens provided. I would recommend this listing to future beach goers!

This was our first booking on Vrbo and overall it was great! We had a WONDERFUL trip , this property is in the perfect location for families. Walking distance to beach, Fantasy Island, market, shopping,& ice cream! Excellent communication with the homeowner! Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place, so close to everything you could just walk everywhere!

This was our second year at this home and we absolutely love it. The location is right in the middle of everything so we park when we get there and walk/bike to everything we want to do. The home is updated and comes with beach badges and beach chairs and toys, making packing so easy. Jionni, the host, is very sweet and always available. We will be back. Thank you for a great beach trip!

Home is in a fantastic location, close to stores, beach, and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable. Brand new carpets were a plus. Owner communicated well. We had a wonderful time in LBI. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was the lack of attention to detail. Furniture needed to be dusted, bathrooms need a deep cleaning, no toilet paper in 2 bathrooms, no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom, no hand towel rings in any bathroom, no paper towels available. Nothing that made our trip any less fun, but things the differentiate a 4 from a 5 star experience.
