We had 4 families with 10u baseball players and the place was PERFECT for us!

Our family had a wonderful time. Location was great. The house itself was clean on the inside, but the outside was a little rundown. There was a spindle missing at the top of the outdoor stairs. We had to put something in front of it for safety purposes, since we had small children with us. Beautiful view, and we saw dolphins almost every morning.

The property was a great location to stores and nightlife. The pool and beach access were convenient.

The location of this property is perfect. Right on the beach. Nice restaurants within 15 minutes. Pier a couple miles away. 5 rooms for us to all spread out.

As mentioned, the house can use some continued updates. The work that has been done is lovely. The use of space worked very well for our large family which was very important to us. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of blankets. The location could not have been more perfect. Just a few steps to the non-crowded beach was just what we needed! We will be back with our own egg crates for the beds!!

This house had plenty of room for our group of 10. It was easy to get to and the beach-front location was perfect! The beach in front of the property was clean, only a few steps from the house and was not crowded for a peak season visit. The pool was clean and the neighbors we shared it with were very accomodating.

Not what was expected for price….Pool chairs were broken. And pool shower needs a mat to help with sand. Wireless needs updated TVs kept cutting off. Not enough towels for the home. Water pressure in showers not adequate.

We mostly enjoyed the location. Unit was clean, and if we had issues with something, it was usually addressed promptly.

great space for 3 families and all of our kids. we really enjoyed the location on the beach and all the space for the kids to run and play!

The location of the home is excellent and accessible to everything. The check in process was simple and the management company was helpful with answering questions leading up to our stay. They were even able to accommodate an early check in! The house was clean and exactly like the photos and description. The pool was clean and in full working condition throughout our stay. The kitchen was also well equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed! We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Our family, whose ages range from19-2 mos. are in the middle of an intense year of remote learning ( college through elementary). We needed break. Blue Parrot 3 was very accommodating for everyone’s needs. The Internet help get school done and the beach and pool gave a rewarding activity after school! The house location was great as we weren’t too far from restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries stores. Fort Morgan and Dauphin Island we very easy drive also. We enjoyed having the beach out our back door and our own space to spread out as needed. We visited the area in November and even though it was too chilly to use the pool regularly we appreciated the fact that the crowds were gone. We enjoyed our time there and will consider it for another time.

It was a good stay but the AC stopped working for a while but we eventually got a hold of the owners who sent someone over.

We just finished our stay at Blue Parrot 3. We had a good time, but you have some maintenance issues. Your pool pump was running almost dry. Luckily, I have a pool and knew that water needed to be added to the pool. There was a lot of over-growth around the gate from the pool to the beach. Shower curtains all had mold on them and made you feel gross. And there were a few cockroaches. We left one in a container so you can prove to your exterminator that their is a problem. However, we would stay again!!

For months my family has been waiting on this vacation and looking at the property pictures and planning everything we wanted to do at our beach front condo pool. We were so excited to get there. However, Harris Property management company isn’t managing the property very well. The beautiful semi private pool had no working pump, was disconnected, and the breaker turned off. The pool was so green and algae filled that it had been that way for a very long time. When we called they claimed they were unaware. We can’t possibly believe that if you have people actually checking on and managing the properties. That type of scary pool doesn’t happen overnight or in a week. Our stay was 4 nights. They got it worked out on day 3 and it was still questionable. Nobody in the party of 7 was able to enjoy the pool. We offered to buy a pump ourselves and pay out of pocket to correct the situation on the first day. The property manager said word for word “I have to demand that you don’t do that”. So we didn’t. And they didn’t stress it. The properties on either side of us were pristine. No hanging wires in the carports, crystal blue pools, upkept fixtures. We learned which company to rent from next time. We screen shot the property management signs so we won’t forget who to rent from next year. We did however enjoy the beach and each other’s company. We were just very disappointed that we didn’t get what we paid for. A condo with no pool would’ve been priced differently. We didn’t ask for a partial refund and they certainly didn’t offer. It was so discouraging to walk out on the balcony to see the ocean but your eyes are just drawn to a sludge green pool among all the crystal clear blue pools that all of our neighbors were thoroughly enjoying.

The house was very spacious and accommodated our extended family including 4 children really well. The pool was nice and very clean. The beach access was awesome.

House is beautiful, right on the water, pool is nice and well maintained. Had a minor issue with the cable but the management office was easily accessible and eager to help. Great house, we hope to return soon!

Home was as expected. Great washer/dryer. Floor plan was perfect for 3 couples, plus 4 boys (playing baseball at the World Series - about 15 min from Gulf Shores Sportsplex) and grandparents. Pool was clean and maintained. Beach access was easy w/a quick rinse station deck just outside the pool. We didn’t see any bugs/roaches until the night before and day of departure (3 big roaches) in downstairs area. We did have a lot of rain that night - May need to spray/exterminate. Otherwise a few light bulbs out but awesome stay!!

Arrived Saturday and they were late cleaning the property. We waited. But understand that sometimes that happens. 15 of us and shorted us 8 bath towels and 4 pillow cases. Also no batteries in remotes. Made a call to office. Lenetta said she would put in work order. No one called because they are closed on weekend except for emergencies. she never told us that. Next day made another call. Toilet not working. Lights out in laundry room, Customer Service Manger called us. Two plumbing calls made and finally resolution day 3. I told her I wanted some kinds of compensation for the issues we had that made our stay not enjoyable. She said she would call me back the next day. She did not call. Even the plumber who had to come twice said he would be upset also.

Worked out great for all my siblings and spouses to meet for the holidays. Definitely will consider it again.

We had a wonderful time, the house is beautiful and well-maintained and the pool is perfect. We had 6 grandchildren and 6 adults and everyone had a wonderful time. We stayed at this house last year and were very happy it was available again this year. I have recommended this house to other people. We will be back!

Three generation family vacation. Plenty of room. Bedroom are spacious with comfortable beds. Laundry being in third floor closet is quite inconvenient especially since there is no place to fold laundry, but there were laundry baskets which helped a lot. Our only real complaint is that the outside area is not cleaned in between guests. We had to walk around and pick up trash and cigarette butts around the pool and area underneath the house. When we arrived and the patchy grass/weeds was over 2 feet tall. I had to pull it up along by the side of the shower and from the walkway to the shower so we could pass without it scratching our legs. Definitely would stay here again!

Very good experience

The pictures shown for this property are excellent and very misleading. When we arrived the property was a mess, from construction work and debris everywhere to trash left in the carport and pool area. The inside had a list of problems that we had to resolve during our stay. The pool had not been serviced in weeks and we had to stay out of the pool for a day and a half. We were afraid to get in it because it was so dirty you could not see the bottom in the shallow end. We called management on Friday morning and they sent out the cleaning crew, the maintenance crew and the pool crew. The pool crew had to come on Friday and back again the next morning. We had a tripping hazard that resulted in my father falling at the stairs and we MADE them correct the problem so nobody else would fall. The house is under construction and the vinyl siding is completely off one side of the house and has been for weeks. This is a repair being done by the owners and not in a timely manner. This is a C- house with lots of problems and maintenance needs. Please clearly understand that before you pay these rates. We were highly disappointed in our stay. We were credited a small amount for all the problems but to be honest - the property is just not worth the asking price. The property is beautifully located on the beach and has potential but some serious work is needed. The dishwasher is not working properly so if we used any dishes we had to hand wash them first. The microwave is burned inside and barely works. I could go on and on but you get the point. I read reviews before I book and I read the ones on this property and thought that surely they had addressed the concerns other people posted about. The deep cleaning that is mentioned by several people is STILL needed.

Half the siding on the side of the house was blown off. Arrived when painters was painting the house. Junk that needed thrown away is piled up underneath house. Weeds growing up around pool. The place needs a deep clean. Called twice before we left on our 14 hour road trip to see if we could check in at noon. Both times was told yes but call the day before to double check. Called the day before we left the lady told me it shouldn’t be a problem but she wanted to double check and call me right back. She never called me back until we was 11 hours into our road trip and was told no. I didn’t get voicemail until later that evening. Painters told us we could go ahead and go in. We will plan an all inclusion vacation next time.

Well appointed, clean, roomy and close to every thing. The whole family loved our stay. Thank you!

Living area and kitchen updated and very nice. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Air conditioning worked very well. All of the bathrooms could use some updating especially the main floor bathroom. Mattress in second floor back bedroom should be replaced. The house appeared to be clean but could use a deep cleaning throughout. In spite of a few concerns we had a wonderful vacation and would return to Gulf Shores!

The location of the property is ideal. Close to a lot of the action (restaurants, stores, arcade, etc) but not too close where noise is ever an issue. And, basically, a private beach! Management was friendly and responsive to our two requests during our stay. Our duplex neighbors were great too! We had a large group of 15 and it accommodated us all well. The reason I say the house is just average is because: - it wasn't very clean upon arrival. There was visible dust on the ceiling fans, baseboards, TVs, furniture, etc. There were food fingerprints on doors and crumbs on the interior stairs. - The main floor shower and master shower had almost no water pressure - Lots of visible wear and tear both inside and out - so many cigarette butts in the space between this side and the property to the east - garbage on the ground - dog poop in the southeast corner of the pool deck - the twin beds were so loud with every movement - Wifi didn't work well (we called once and it was fixed but it was very intermittent) - Pool isn't heated (which we knew beforehand but worth mentioning in explaining the 3 stars rating)
