House on the beach with a hot tub was perfect. Enough room for everyone to have their own space but large gathering area. Barry is the perfect host and very easy to get in touch with. Recommend everytime!

The property was in the perfect location, and was a great size for our group. we had a great time there. with that said, the owner is very stinge on supplies. there was no shampoo or soap for showers, and no napkins or tissues. we had to fill out paper work listing the 13 people we had staying there and yet they only left us 12 towels and the pillow for the pull out sofa didn't have a pillow case. We have also found it customary for hosts to leave some sort of "welcome basket" thanking people for booking their house, but there was nothing. they did bring a bottle of wine and more towels, when we told them that of the 12 towels they left for us, 2 of them were dirty. Lastly, there was a note on the refrigerator noting that the drawer was broken and should only be used for vegetables. that is exactly what we tried to do, but found that the drawer wouldn't even open, so we didn't use it. now they are trying to charge us for it, and we still haven't gotten our $1,500 deposit back yet. while we really enjoyed our stay, it was not worth this hassle.

The owners Barry and Corrine are kind, responsive and amazing hosts! We’ve stayed two years in a row because we’ve loved the house and the owners are amazing. There is nothing they haven’t thought of in this house. It is super clean, has a full kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Our son was married in St Augustine this year and the house served as a a perfect location for us all to spend quality family time as we celebrated with family this week. It’s close to so many wonderful restaurants, a quick walk over to church, and the beach is literally a few steps away. We made many wonderful wonderful memories here again this year and plan on booking again next year. It’s an amazing home with great owners!!!

My husband and I, our adult children and their families had a wonderful vacation in this home on Flagler Beach. It is a beautiful home, very well maintained and perfect location - across the street from the beach and within easy walking distance to several restaurants. We hope to return to this home for our next vacation. Owners are extremely easy to work with!!!

We booked this house on previous reviews and it was everything as advertised We unfortunately had to make last-minute adjustments due to Covid and Barry was very understanding and accommodating. The house was very clean, beautiful location in a very family friendly town, would rent here again.

We had an amazing trip with our family and friends. This house was perfect for two families and plenty of room for more. The front deck and hot tub and outdoor kitchen were a hit! Having a garage to store all our surfboards was perfect too!

Wonderful home and the location cant be beat!!! Neat and clean as you would expect! We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to book here in the future! Highly recommend it!!!

We have been to Flagler Beach several times and were looking for a home in the area. The location was perfect, the home was beautiful, kitchen very well equipped and plenty of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms for the large group we were traveling with. It was great to wake up in the morning and look out at the ocean, smelling the ocean breeze and hearing the waves roll in. The whole home sound system was nice, for listening to music while we grilled out on the front porch or used the hot tub. The elevator was nice for hauling up luggage and groceries. It was a great place to stay and we'll definitely look to stay here again, if possible, in the future.

So grateful for a beautiful place in a quiet, ocean front location to see family after two years of separation… The owners were terrific to work with and always available and the house was large enough for everyone to be together and have their own space! Highly recommend

Wow!!! This house was super clean and stunning! The vacation was a dream with everything we could have wanted in a home. Corinne and Barry were excellent hosts and truly have taken the time to think of everything. We had bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our large family. The beach is directly across the street and the views sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean were truly amazing! Flagler Beach is quiet and family oriented. Our son proposed on the beach while were there and we had the beach to ourselves. There were hardly any others on the beach. It was as if we had our own beach for the special occasion. The house is in the perfect location! The hot tub on the 2nd floor deck was the best place to sit and hear the ocean in the evening. The third story deck isn’t covered so star gazing at night was so fun, too. The shower with a double shower head and big window overlooking the ocean was the best. Showering while watching dolphin families playing in the ocean each morning was an experience that we will never forget. We walked everywhere … church on Sunday morning, the pier, the restaurants, pizza shop, coffee shop, ice cream shop, “craft” donut shop, the winery for wine slushes on the beach on the hot days were awesome! There were beach chairs and sand toys at the house for the kiddos. Also, the big open floor plan was great for family game and movie night, too! The downstairs apartment was quiet and equipped with everything. Our parents stayed down there and it was their quiet getaway when our kids were playing games. The elevator was great for our Dad who recently had back surgery. This house was truly special and made for one of the best vacations we have ever had. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to do so again, too!

This is a beautiful home located conveniently near the downtown and pier area. We walked to the square almost every day.

This house is perfect for large families. Short walk to the beach. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. Would definitely rent this house again in the future.

This property was amazing. Beautifully furnished and the layout was exactly what we needed. The weather was a little cooler and windy, but with the deck right across from the ocean we were able to enjoy the sun and still feel like we right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific property, everything was as listed, stellar view with beach access across the street, kitchen and outdoor grill had everything we needed, we had a super fun time with no issues, I would highly recommend this vacation house
