Great place to stay clean, lots of room and convenient location.

Great condo in great location Close to all stores and businesses

Everything was great and the owner/manager communication was excellent. I only stayed one night, but my husband stayed for a golf tournament. Only issue was with tenants in the next building blasting loud music a couple of times while he was outside his unit. Seems odd it is tolerated at such a nice facility.

The property was in a nice location. The broadway, restaurants and mall all near by.

Communication with property owner, attention to detail, cleanliness, location, (beach access at 52nd street), pool (even though I didn't have time to use it) and a firm, comfortable bed was perfect!!

The property was exactly as described and Sally (our host) was exceptional. The place is clean and located close to everything you would require during a visit to Myrtle Beach. We would DEFINITELY recommend this property

Our stay was more than adequate for 2 people. Bed was extremely comfortable, the room darkening curtains in the bedroom were great. Our only thought...it would be nice to have a screen on the sliding door or on some windows so we could enjoy the nice outdoor air. Be that as it may, we would recommend this condo.

Property was great and as listed. Perfect for my recent golf trip, close to all the courses we played, and ideal for what I was looking for which was a quiet retreat from my day with friends on the golf course. I highly recommend this condo and will stay again.

we had a lovely stay - place was clean and had everything necessary for our 1 week stay. Will stay again! The only thing they did not have was a kettle. :)

Me & my husband didn’t know what to expect because this was our first time taking vacation an not staying in a hotel. My 1st time in MB and I must say I truly enjoyed my stay! Any questions I had prior to arrival, Sally responded so quickly and was very pleasant. The condo was very clean, cool (it was a bit warm outdoors so the air was perfect!) Very spacious and in a quiet and beautiful community. A quick 3-5 minute ride to the Boardwalk Beach and Broadway at the Beach. Our experience gave us exactly what we needed...rest and relaxation! We will surely be returning! K. Miche`

I chose this property based on the photos on-line. It did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and had all the conveniences you need. It was 1st floor main level and stunning view out back of the golf course. The one and a half baths worked out great when my husband and I needed to get ready to go out. I had a quick question about the washing machine (it took a while to start). The owner responded immediately and was very helpful. The complex was very nice and setback from the main road. The location of the complex was great (down the road from Broadway on the beach) and easy to get around to other locations. Highly recommend.

I loved staying here and I would love to come back! I loved watching the golfers out the window and it was so nice to be close to all the stuff at Broadway at the Beach. Everything was very clean. The owner was very helpful and on call when I couldn't initially find the right condo. The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed the coffee. It was a very peaceful and calm condo. I will definitely be coming back!

The condo was just as lovely and peaceful as it looks in the pictures. I enjoyed my stay, got some much needed fresh air and seclusion thanks to this beautiful vacation home! Sally was very helpful and available at all times. I'll definitely be staying here again!!
