The townhome was one of the most well decorated we have been to and the reason we chose it. Plenty of space for our family of 6 and they had almost anything you could dream on needing between cookware, beach chairs and bikes, coolers, towels, etc. There were a couple issues with some cleanliness on arrival but the host responded immediately and addressed them asap. The home has been lived in for a while so things like caulk at floor base needs maintenance and some paint, and the shelves in the fridge are missing but the beds were comfy and we loved the complex itself. It wasn’t in the very middle of downtown or beach area but we brought a goof cart and got everywhere within 5-12 minutes and found plenty of parking on the busiest of holidays. St Simon’s is one of the coolest places and most beautiful public parks and beaches we have ever visited. Rent this unit with confidence.

It was a family vacation. Great location , comfortable townhome, large kitchen, lots to do. The weather was perfect. We were very pleased with our VRBO townhome.Some small things that need addressed. Guest bathtub needs drain fixed. Slow at emptying out water, gas grill worked 1 night and on the 2 nd try it would not heat up very well. Tank was filled cause we filled it. Host reimbursed us for filling the tank. Overall a perfect vacation.

What a beautiful place! It was an awesome stay. It was so comfortable. They literally have thought of everything for all age groups. We will return. We enjoyed our stay! One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at!

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway with my friends. The house had a fantastic location that was close to everything, and having the bikes made it nice to ride around the island. It is decorated beautifully and is extremely well appointed with everything you’d need to enjoy your stay.

Great condo in The Reserve on SSI! Everything was better than advertised and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Owners/managers could not have been more responsive or helpful.

This property was ideal for a winter girls weekend with college friends. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The location was convenient and the host thought of so many details to make our stay easy. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend!

The property had thoughtful and intentional accommodations. Rest was essential for this trip and the beds were exceptional. I enjoyed access to the bikes for exercise. The home was clean and communication was timely. I would stay again.

THIS STAY WAS A GREAT STAY FOR US, CLOSE TO RESTURANTS, STARBUCKS AND EASY TO GET AROUND THE ISLAND. THE HOUSE DOES NEED TO CHANGE BATTERIES IN THE REMOTES, OTHER THEN THAT WE HAD A GREAT TIME!

The property was nice. Well decorated and clean! Couple miles to the beach, but the ride is easy and beach has plenty of parking except on July 4th. The pool was smaller than expected. St. Simons very friendly to bike riders and walkers. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our trip to SSI - first time visiting in over 20 years. Property as described - beds were VERY comfortable. It is a quick trip to the beach and dining. I might suggest renting a golf cart, so you can drive over to the beach and not worry about parking.

From the booking process to the property itself, everything was great. We gave stayed in SSI many time over many years and this was definitely a great place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and in a great location. Lots of attention to detail and amenities available. Will definitely look to rent this unit again.

The condo was in excellent condition and clean which is very important to me! It was also beautifully decorated ( just as the pictures show) and in a great location. One of the other things that I was looking for when booking was ease of communication between the owner or manager of the property. Michelle Bartell made sure that I had all my questions answered in a timely manner during and after booking the property. We will definitely book again!!!

This rental was definitely 5 stars. I loved that the location was away from the tourist district. It was centrally located and only a short drive or bike ride to major sights. It was quiet, clean and beautiful decorated. I highly recommend it to couples or families. I plan to make this property my go to stay whenever I visit.

Great property with lots of amenities. Having access to the beach chairs, toys and bikes is a big plus! I stayed with my daughter and two young grandboys, we loved the Golden Isles and the place contributed to our total week of enjoyment!

The place was beautiful. Everything was as described. Enjoyed the table fire pit in the back, and was able to use two bikes for a 6-mile ride (round trip) to get breakfast. We would definitely love to go back.

St Simons is a great place to spend a girls weekend. Restaurants, shopping, beaches. This home is cozy and clean. We didn’t use the bikes or backyard but appreciate that they were available. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location and just a few minutes drive to the beach or downtown. The items to take to the beach were nice to use for a young family and not having to pack beach towels was a plus. Overall good experience.
