We really enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located near all of the tourist attractions. The property was very clean and well-kept, had everything we needed. The owners explained directions and expectations simply, were prompt to respond, and overall wonderful to deal with.

This was a great house for our family during USAFA’s graduation week!!!

Senior couple who stayed 4 nights and very pleased with quality of property. Very updated, bright and well equipped for guests- perks included coffee, quality kitchen items, lots of quality towels, huge shower, lots of blankets, comfortable beds. Basement is spacious with a large TV and game table. We grilled and relaxed on the deck. Within walking distance of grocery store, enjoyed eating at Lazy Dog restaurant nearby. So much to do, our 2nd trip in a year - Garden of the Gods is beautiful, hiked Seven Falls, took train to Pikes Peak, Manitou Cliff Dwellings and don’t pass up all the Royal Gorge adventures! Unexpected fun was the huge Scheels store nearby with a Ferris wheel inside and many wild game on display.

Just what we needed for parents weekend. Close by to the academy with laundry and a kitchen to cook our cadet homemade meals. Great weekend

We came into Colorado Springs on our way to the University of Wyoming. We didn’t have any reservations because we didn’t know when we would be coming through. I messaged the host to see if we could rent her location. She was very quick to reply to let us know she could accommodate us.
The home is in a quite, family neighborhood. We were pulling a small U-Haul trailer and felt safe unhooking it to drive around town. There is a grocery store and Starbucks nearby. The beds in the home were VERY comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed.
I definitely recommend this home for a family traveling to the Colorado Springs area.

Came out for a week with the family -- Dad, Mom, and four teenage kids. Everything about this house was fantastic. Very clean, very accessible, and everything we needed provided by the owners. We were in communication with the onwers a couple times over the week, for basic questions. THey were very responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

This was a great house for our family of five. Very clean and had everything we needed. Adorable kitchen and cute decor. All of the beds were very comfy. Loved the outdoor seating and turf area for playing cornhole. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Great place to stay near USAFA
Clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and conveniently located near USAFA for getting our daughter to I-Day. Helpful to have grocery store within walking distance. Good communication with host. Nice to have backyard and deck. Loved the kitchen! Beds were very comfy! We went for a family walk each night around the neighborhood block. Easy 15 -20 min drive each day to different hiking trails around the Springs.

Quiet neighborhood with easy highway access. Short walk to the grocery store. Deceptively small looking outside, plenty of space inside. Everyone loved the decor and all the extras included in the kitchen and bathrooms. Jenn and Brent were great hosts and made us feel like they were always available. Highly recommend.

I travelled to Colorado Springs with my husband and 2 year old and this spot was wonderful! Everything was exactly as advertised or better! Our little one loved the play area and it was so helpful to have a pack and play, baby gate and child friendly dishes.
The neighborhood was a great place to take a walk and is located off of main road that has literally everything you may need from restaurants, grocery store, big box stores and gyms!
You can tell a lot of thought and love has been poured into this property and wouid suggest it to anyone travelling to the area.

Jenn and Brent gave us the okay to have a BBQ for our daughter and some of her cadet friends that did not have family there. It was so nice to spend time with the cadets and they were able to relax and play fusball and corn hole while we made them a home cooked meal. Jenn and Brent’s house and hospitality really helped us have a great weekend. We plan to rent it again, if it’s available.
