Only feedback is I guess people should know some of it is not very accessible to a disabled or elderly person. The one bathroom in the main master is crazy with the steps and the mats to and in the shower slip. The toilet is the funniest set up i've seen. And, there are several steps throughout the house. No problem for us, but might be for others. Would change the mats in that bathroom so nobody slips. Overall, amazing experience. Thank you! Didn't have much because everything was organized so well. But, what I did have was very good.

Three of us met for a fishing vacation. The house is beautiful with three bedrooms and baths. All three bedrooms were decked out with a queen or king bed. No bunk beds which made it great for us because we each had a room with comfortable beds. Kitchen and layout are terrific and the back deck and access to the canal were very nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Half way between Crab-in and Paradise restaurants - both excellent and cook your fish for you. Highly recommend

My incoming correspondence went to my junk mail making communication difficult. Otherwise a good experience

Place was fine. Location was fine. Rockport is ok, a little too backwoods for a whole week. But all of that was not the issue of the owner of the place. The one issue I have is that it is billed as a great location to fish but one week of fishing pretty hard yielded 5 fish one keeper. Don’t rent this place cause you think the fishing in the channel is great cause it is not.

We stayed Sep 17-20. We arrived on time and everything was ready for us. The place was very clean and ready for us to unload our stuff. If I was to criticize anything at all, this place is not a handicap accessible residence. It has multi-levels to get to the bedrooms and bathrooms and down to the dock. But otherwise this place was everything described in there presentation. It had plenty of dishware for the kitchen. The place was absolutely immaculate and comfortable. It gave you a sense of security. The neighbors we met were very nice, friendly, and glad we were there. The inlet canal we were on was extremely convenient to access the bay system quickly, and it was also in a no-wake zone. The beds were comfortable. The view out the back was great and we could keep watch on our boats sitting at our dock. You can fish at night under a green light that is between this property and the neighbors, plus we brought our own LED green lights. This made for a fun night fishing off the dock. The cleaning stations was clean and well lit up for you to clean your daily catch. The yard was well groomed (even had turf in the back yard). The back porch was the place to sit and drink your coffee each morning or just enjoy the evening after a great day of fishing. This place is just about 1-1/2 miles from the nearest bait shop. It is convenient to town access. If you get a chance to come stay at this location, you should. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to return. Brandi was wonderful to work with. She was attentive to my needs for this trip and seemed to have met them all. She offered a veteran discount and when documentation was provided to her showing such, she gladly discounted the stay. The master bathroom toilet did not work and did not get fixed while we were there, but I do appreciate your promptness of sending someone to the house to try. We had a wonderful stay.

Loved the entire house. All extras were considered in case you forgot something small. Would definitely rent again. Loved the private dock area. A little disappointed there were no kayak or canoes as described in the amenities. We brought life jackets to enjoy the kayaks. But overall loved our stay in the beautiful home and total experience was wonderful.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to not have to worry about mosquitoes! We honestly never had to spray repellent and never swapped one mosquito! Being on the canal we were very surprised! We had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to this home!

Nice property but some properties around are not so nice. Good location.

We were very please with the cleanliness and accommodations. The rear deck was well constructed and the fishing was awesome! My buddy caught a 'big ugly' black drum right out of the canal!

The property was very nice. The back toilet was turned off when we arrived, call we’d and was told we could then it on. The step up everywhere was really hard for my mom who is in her 80’s. She was so worried about the water over the roads too. Loved the location and the room. Plenty of towels and blankets. Very nice and professional

Great location, quiet and relaxing.

This Palm Harbor property was beautifully decorated. The dishes, glassware. silverware, linens and kitchen items were all quality products. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were large and open. We loved sitting out on the covered patio overlooking the water (canal). We will definitely return when the mosquitoes have dissipated due to the recent rains. Thank you, Marie and the entire crew for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was VERY clean and well furnished. It's in a good location, close to towns, shopping and great restaurants. Management was easy to work with on one little bump, great response. The water is lovely and the neighbors were friendly. It was a great experience and we recommend it!

6 adults stayed here for a long weekend. Clean house with a great fishing area on the canal. Plenty of room outside for grilling and hanging out (under the covered patio) if the weather is good. Hurricane Hanna made landfall while we were down there and the property management company contacted us to let us know what we needed to do regarding the property and gave us contact info in case we had questions. Thankfully this house appears to be on the higher side of the canal and, while the docks across the canal went underwater, ours was still about two feet above the storm surge. We really enjoyed our stay, but there were only two downsides/odd things I wish I'd known going into it- 1) there are a bunch of random steps inside the house. While everything is one story, it's not all at the same level. There are two steps up to get to the toilet/shower in the hallway bathroom and two steps right outside of the master shower, which makes things tricky getting out of the shower. 2) the third bedroom is a converted study (?) off of the kitchen/dining room area. They've put the biggest bed they can fit in there and a huge wooden dresser. The room is so squished that you have to shimmy around the far side of the bed to get in. It wasn't ideal and if I was the owner I'd take the dresser out of the room so it's easier to navigate.

5 stars but my ONLY and I do mean ONLY complaint, I wish there was an outside ceiling fan so we could have enjoyed the outaide patio deck more.

We rented the house for the week of Thanksgiving for ourselves and various family members. House was very clean and well stocked. All beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to have our boat ready to go at all times and even managed to catch some fish. The house is great for all adults or families. The only negative would be the different levels of flooring, not too good for someone with physical handicaps. All in all we loved the house and will definitely look into renting again should the need arise

This home was perfect for all our needs and so much more. The location was just perfect as well. The house was so welcoming and very comfortable and cozy. Well definitely stay here again. Loved the convenience of the easy access to be able to walk out the back door onto our boat or just simply fish from the deck.

I live in Rockport in City By The Sea, I rented this home for some family and friends to come down for my crawfish boil. They all told me how nice the home was and had a great stay...thanks Malynda for always coming through for me when other rental companies (turnkey was horrible) were not helpful at all and had no personal touch
