Everything went smoothly regarding the renting of this very nice property, the owners were friendly and helpful, the only problem we had was a very hot shower which the owners had mentioned to us on arrival and they are getting a Plummer in the next few days, we’ve one suggestion which is an observation not a complaint and that is add some bird feeders in the wooded area outside to attract the wildlife even more.

Well equipped and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights for the Westonbirt Forest Live Concerts, and it was just a short drive away. Malmesbury worth a visit too.

Very pleasant and comfortable 2 bedroom cottage in the heart of the southern Cotswolds. Tom and Katie, could not have been more gracious and helpful hosts. The cottage fulfilled our needs perfectly and gave us the opportunity to enjoy life in the countryside while still providing good access the the charming towns around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stable Cottage. It is a cosy welcoming and well appointed cottage in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were great and very helpful. Great location for nearby Malmesbury and other towns and villages.

We had a great time staying at this lovely cottage. It is definitely one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at. We loved the open plan living downstairs and this really helped us as we had our 3 year old with us. They even had a few toys and books for her to play with which was nice. We really like the fact that the property had a washing machine and dryer as this meant we didn't have to take back dirty laundry with us and meant we could pack lightly and re-use our clothes. The views from the cottage are gorgeous and we really felt relaxed. The cottage itself felt very cosy. We ordered Hello Fresh meals to the cottage for our dinners and it was super easy to cook as the kitchen was well equipped. There is a Waitrose and Coop nearby which was very handy as we were able to stock up the fridge with groceries as soon as we arrived. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely time at Stable Cottage. Booking was straightforward and Hugo sent us useful information in advance. The cottage is in a secluded area with great views of the countryside. The owners were friendly and polite but never intrusive which was ideal for us. We visited Westonbirt Arboretum which was great, we walked 14km but easy to do shorter walks if you like. Lunch was easy there with covered outdoor seating. We also did an 11km walk around Tetbury which was fun. Our 7 year old daughter enjoyed all the walking and bike riding we did in the local area. The cottage was exactly as described, clean and well equipped. We would recommend it to anyone.

Stable Cottage is a great find. The accommodation was exactly like the photos, if not better, with plenty of room for 2 adults and a crawling baby and very clean and well equipped. A lovely rural location but with easy access to local towns. Have recommended to friends already.

We were so impressed with this property, it was really homely and comfortable and was in a lovely peaceful location. We all felt very relaxed there. Tom was on hand to help with any questions or queries we had and was really helpful about the local area. We would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! My kids had the best time walking the property and seeing the animals. The property is very secluded and private. We all loved the peace and quiet and the town of Malmsbury was wonderful.

Myself and another student stayed at this property for a month whilst completing a placement. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The house equipment facilitated any needs we had during this long stay. We felt very welcome!

A wonderful property in a beautiful location. Good links to local places of interests and excellent for exploring the Cotswolds. A warm and friendly welcome on arrival, we felt very much at home. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Malmesbury. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt eingerichtet und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Highlights Mittelenglands zu besuchen. Ob Stonehenge, Bath, die wunderschönen Cotswold-Orte, Oxford oder Blenheim-Palace - alles ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.

Excellent cottage and facilities for a family of four. Beautiful peaceful setting within walking distance of Malmesbury. Excellent communication by owners. Would highly recommend. Easy travel distance to Highgrove and Cotswolds.

Beautiful location with lots of walks and places to visit nearby. Great space for four of us and the dog. A freezer would be useful for ice blocks etc given the hot weather and some bigger glasses for drinks. Otherwise very well equipped. Good pub grub down the road too.

A delightful, beautifully presented cottage in the countryside within easy access of many attractions. Have a busy day out and return to the peace and quiet or visit the attractive local hostelry and enjoy a fantastic meal.

Good accommodation is lovely peaceful surroundings. It was an ideal location for our family celebration. Although we live locally some members of our family visited from the USA.

A very cosy apartment, perfect for the two of us to have a ‘get away from it all’ break. Well located as a base for the excursions we had in mind in South Cotswold.

Stable Cottage was recently and tastefully renovated. It is comfortable, clean, quiet and private. It is also light and airy and has a lovely view over a valley to the south. Tetbury and Malmesbury are both round the corner. Sadly we didn’t have an opportunity to have supper at Brokenorough’s pub, The Horse Guards. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you

Brand new, stylish and tasteful with lots to do for a family on holiday nearby. Close to nice villages like Tetbury and Malmesbury and within 45 minutes of cities like Bath. Very clean and well equipped too!

Had a great holiday in this recently developed cottage. Modern and clean inside with good views of surrounding countryside. Close enough to walk to local village pub. Owners were very responsive during booking process and very helpful during our stay.

What an incredibly luxurious contemporary cottage, we absolutely loved our time there. The owners couldn't have been more communicative on the run up to our stay and on hand should we need anything throughout. Stunning kitchen with fab views and the most comfiest of beds. Having two bathrooms was luxurious, we really couldn't fault the cottage in any way. We can't wait to return next year and would highly recommend this to anyone.
