The fact that it doesn't mention you will be charged extra for the use of sauna or jacuzzi. Roof too steep and dangerously low ceiling. Reception guy gives the vibe like he really doesn't want to be there.

Private Parking and small kitchen with microwave, fridge and kettle. The property has a bar and spa facilities (which I didn't use on this trip)

The entrance to the Private parking at the back was hard to find.

when we came to the room it was freezing inside , don’t understand why they cannot put on the heating when they have guests coming. they have a privet parking but you have to find road yourself which is not easy in the dark. Door to the room were like a nightmare to open. beds are maximum uncomfortable and making noise every time you want to turn. pillows are like stone and snoring person in the room next to us was just like a bonus for this uncomfortable night . But for sure his cheap price it is not such a big surprise.

Nice, new, and clean place. There is a close bus stop from it.

Clean, new equipment, parking in the back yard (closed), some space with grass to play (for kids). Nice for stay, to visit Bratislava.

The host. Bakhrati. Since the check in he was so rude. He rejected my arrival time 2 times and insist to open checking in at 3 PM. Unwelcoming face. Always sneaking around. Knocking on my wall when i have a loud phone. He searched in my rented room while i’m away even was looking at my cups. Such obsessed. I believe he is the owner of the place that feels arrogant attitude.

Location was OK, we were cycling a lot to Bratislava and to local vineyards. Local bicycle roads are not completed but around the location it was fine. Ubytovanie Dobra Lipa is a great place for short stay, the cafe and bar is nice and you have a selection of local vines and craft beers. Standard is very good air condition is working well, there is a private parking at the the back of the building

On Sunday and Monday cafe is closed so there is no one around. There could be more plates and glasses in the room. One bed was creaking ;) The entrance is tricky because when cafe is closed you have to enter form the rear of the building
