Loved the spaciousness and the huge balcony. There was also a balcony with view of the Acropolis. Host was great with communication. Loved the bottle of wine she left us

The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished with all the amenities and very clean.
The service was excellent, with Katerina available for every request and concern
The location was wonderful, very close to the plaka, to monastiraki and to psirri.
We enjoyed our stay very much
There was no view of the Acropolis from the apartment.

Appartement dans l’hyper centre d’Athènes avec le métro proche. Très belle vue de la terrasse sur l’acropole. Supermarché au pied de l’immeuble. Le canapé lit dans le salon est très confortable et le coin cuisine est fonctionnel.
Le niveau sonore de la circulation dans la rue est important même avec le double vitrage. Un bip d’origine inconnu retenti à plusieurs reprises dans la nuit. Prévoyez vos boules quies si vous souhaitez bien dormir.

Sehr schönes modernes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Highlight ist der große Balkon mit einem sagenhaften Blick auf die Akropolis.
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, Bahnstation auf der anderen Straßenseite, alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock eines Wohnhauses mit anderen, ähnlichen Anbietern. Sehr gute Lage Nähe Ausgangsmeile.
Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Es läuft alles via WhatsApp, inkl. Tipps für die Anreise und allen Türcodes.
Die Strasse ist auch in der Nacht ziemlich laut. Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.

Lage, Aussicht, Freundlichkeit Personal - alles, wie immer
Evtl. eine automatische Abfallleerung alle 2 Tage, das wäre super. Oder ein grösserer Abfalleimer auf der Gemeinschaftsterrasse wo man seinen (kleinen) Müll entsorgen könnte. Dieser müsste dann täglich geleert werden, und schon ist das Problem erledigt. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt!

Άριστη τοποθεσία άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε ότι χρειάστηκε και ένα πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με τεράστιο μπαλκόνι. Από τα καλύτερα διαμερίσματα που έχουμε μείνει στην Αθήνα την οποία επισκεπτόμαστε αρκετά συχνά για επαγγελματικούς λόγους. Θα το επιλέξω σίγουρα και στο μέλλον για την διαμονή μου.
Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι δεν πρόλαβα το διαμέρισμα με το μπαλκόνι που έχει θέα στην Ακρόπολη και είναι καταπληκτικό.

Katerina was very helpful with any of our requests. The studios were very clean and had all we needed for a short stay. We felt that the security was great and the location excellent. Ideal for exploring Athens.

Fabulous location, so easy to walk everywhere and access on metro to Airport and Port. Great views and very clean and modern. Owners so accommodating and helpful.

Perfect location , 1 min to metro station, and monasteraki square.
Super clean ,modern, cosy, and had an amazing view over the acropolis from the spacious balcony.

Clean, classy and comfortable, and the view of the Akropolis from the balcony was the icing on the cake. The complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy it was the cherry on top!

Very comfortable flat in an ideal location. You can walk to the entire city centre.
For those who are sensitive, you should bear in mind that the area is very lively in the evening and at night, so there may be noise from the street and nearby terraces.

insane location. close to so many things. spacious living area, nice bedroom and bath. the private balcony was great and the separate shared balcony has one of the greatest views of the acropolis you will ever see.
the location on the outside “looks” creepy because of the graffiti on the street but it’s really not an issue. Elevators took a second to get used to and are tiny. overall not much to complain about.

Apartment is great and very close to Monastiraky. You can go everywhere by foot. Inside you have everything you need and it’s cozy and tidy.
