Hatten es lediglich als Zwischenstopp gebucht. Es war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es war sauber, der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Das Bad ist sehr klein, war für die eine Übernachtung aber völlig okay.

The host were warm, welcoming , informative &friendly. I feel they became friends after our brief stay with them.They were very accommodating in allowing us to leave our bags at the Lodge before checking in & out. The room was spacious ,very clean,refreshed and topped up with tea/coffee/milk on the following day of our stay. The location was within easy walking distance of the train station and town center. We were pleasantly surprised by our visit to Folkestone and our stay at Sunnylodge. Thank you to the lovely host at Sunnylodge for a stressfree and welcoming stay.

Freundlicher Empfang, sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Gab sogar die Möglichkeit, sich im Zimmer einen Kaffee ( oder Tee) zu machen!

It was clean, comfortable, and the innkeeper Mike was a super nice fellow, willing to lend advice about amenities around town and a very pleasant conversationalist. Would go back.

Good, no frills accomodation. Clean, tidy well maintained. Shower worked well. Car parking available.

Noisy. Located next to a busy road junction. Had to keep windows open due to heat. Pillows need replacing. No breakfast available on premises but breakfast places locally can be reached on foot.

Good location. Mike was very welcoming and helpful. Everything we needed was there. Free parking at the property was really useful and a nice walk to the harbour. Local pubs were excellent.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. Everything was as I expected and more.

We decided to stay overnight as a last minute idea and we have a family of 5 - we managed to get a room here which was perfect for our needs - a family room right close to the harbour area - perfect! And Mike the owner is absolutely brilliant and so helpful in every way!

Bright spacious and very clean room, Mike was very helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect for us as travelling by train and only a short walk to the sea front.

Michael made us feel welcome from the moment we rang the bell on this lovely and charming Guest House. Great location if you travel by train, just 3 mins walk from Folkestone Central. Quiet, despite the fact that we had a room on the ground floor. Room was very spacious and spotless clean!!! The garden in the property is definitely a plus! We would definitely stay again next time we are around the area.

the people that own this beautiful building are having a love affair with it there taking it to the next level . i arrived in a bit of a state been a long stressful day and it was like coming home ....the Best experience of any hotel ever

Room 3 was pristine, everything seemed brand new. Large, well appointed family room. Host was very welcoming. Great value. What's not to like?

Basic accommodation with all the necessities. Ideal stop off for the eurotunnel or ferries. Staff are friendly and secure motorbike parking is a bonus.

Very large and beautiful room for a family, and everything was clean. The host was friendly and helpful.

Our only inconvenience was our family having to stagger bathroom visits because the toilet tank took a long time to fill up and be ready to flush again.

Michael was a very kind and friendly host with plenty of knowledge in Folkestone. Their pet friendly policy and south facing lawn garden are bonus. Location is very good as 1 min to Co-op Food, 5 mins to Folkestone Central Station, 10 mins to Sainsbury’s, ASDA & LIDL in Town Centre and 15 mins to Folkestone Harbour.

No breakfast but Co-op Food (6am-11pm) is only 1 min away diagonally opposite to the Guest House.

Location is perfect to where my engagement is. Owner very easy to deal with. Very accomodating and very helpful.
