Flat low cost è un'esperienza. Un monolocale ma che non manca di nulla. Pulito, attrezzato, piacevolmente disposto come una piccola casa delle bambole. Persino divertente abitarci... la signora Maria è premurosa e gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Sperlonga alloggerei di nuovo qui. Consigliato agli amici e a voi tutti... buon soggiorno a Sperlonga!

Maria has been super friendly, she recommended few places in Sperlonga (bar - restaurants ). The location of the house is perfect, 5min away from the nearest beach and 10min away from Sperlonga city center. It is a perfect new cosy house for a summer holiday. You find everything you might need. The size of the house is perfectly explained in the advert.

The location is excellent - everything's nearby. You can easily get to the center of the town, to the beach, to the atm or supermarket/pharmacy. The appartament has conditioner that makes the Italian heat survivable 😄 Also the host is the best person ever - she's always here to help you with any questions, she met us at the bus station and shown everything, solved the problem with the internet and what most important - she's such a kindhearted person! She made our stay in Sperlonga 1000% better. Definitely going to stay here again! Highly recommended as a couple-stay flat.

The apartment was just the right size for a couple. The kitchen was able to make breakfast itself. The location was excellent, close to the beach and the center of Sperlonga. The big plus was the air source heat pump and the fan in the roof, because the air was sometimes quite hot also inside.

The bathroom was quite shallow for a tall person and the shower room a bit cramped. The front door lock was a little awkward at first.

Not top luxury, but the right value for the price. Very nice hosts. Considering Sperlonga being so nice, you'll spend more time outside anyway. This place is for sleeping and for that it is great. The main bed being reachable via relatively steep stairs. Therefore you may avoid if you have backpain. There is a parking right in front of the place, which is of great value in Sperlonga, mainly during the season. Small shops' restaurants, pharmacy and beach very close by. Few minutes walk from stunning Sperlonga old town.

The place is good value for the price. steep stairs to reach the bed might be problem for some.

Our stay was wonderful and the hosts of the property were the very kind and helpful—very quick to respond and provide any needed info. The apartment was a perfect cozy spot just a few minutes walk from the beach and the old town. A great location and a very nice set up. Bonus: A small grocer is located just a hundred feet from the apartment.

It can get a little chilly in the winter time, although the hosts provided a high quality space heater.

We received such a genuine and warm welcome when we arrived, and we really appreciated the efforts our hosts made to welcome us (after arriving later than anticipated because we missed the bus connection). The flat is compact and had everything we needed for our short stay, with a great shop around the corner selling all the usual things, plus great local specialities and bread. We would love to have stayed longer. A shout out and thanks to the cafe/shopkeeper on Platform 1 at Fondi Train Station for helping us when we missed the bus, and for putting us in touch with the mighty GiGi and his taxi service.
