Locatiion is excellent!! Personal was very helpful before arrival and during my staying. Kitchen equipment was complete.

Washing machine and dryer, 2 separate sleeping areas, self-contained unit perfect for longer stays. The host and staff we interacted with were responsive and friendly.

Having some block out curtains to reduce light would be the only recommendation we can think of!

it was very central making it easy to get around

we felt the facility was run down and in need of maintenance. the toilet was not working but the land lord had it fixed straight away which was appreciated. the shower kept changing temperature while showering and the drains kept blocking. not worth the money being charged. we feel we should be refunded a portion back that we where charged.

The location was absolutely fantastic as it was in the centre of Soho and central london. We loved the authentic creative vibes in Soho and hustle and bustle sounds of the streets. We were very well connected to all the trains and underground and could walk to many popular places around Soho like Carnaby & the famous Oxford street. The flat was clean and stylish with a cool contemporary shower in the bedroom which was a focal point which we liked as it is pretty original and artistic as an interior plus. I would like to also highlight that the host was very prompt in his responses and helpful at all times. We will definitely return to Soho London Suite on our next trip to London!

The room was very clean and had the facilities that i needed.

There were a few issues. Whilst they did mention a late fee after 8:00pm but i arrived at 8:30 due to a flight delay and i got charged 50 pounds which i think was a little over the top. also the location is very noisy so be prepared for that and finally it was up a flight of stairs with no lift.

The apartment is very noisy, with a crowded bar below. It was a very bad surprise at our arrival as the photos posted to present the appartement show the other site of the street : a very nice building very peaceful !! We wouldn't have booked this apartment if we had had a true and fair view of the environment. Very exhausted stay

Filthy building. No hot water for two days. For £250 a night it’s a massive rip-off. You are sharing with a print shop and a late/all-night “convenience” store. Entry by fire escape! No aircon or double glazing. Two showers in former cupboards: one in tiny main bedroom isn’t sealed off. Other a joke. Tiny, black tiles to ceiling and black floor. A pink and a blue bulb complete the bordello effect. I had to clear the blocked drain, the first ever. Choked with hair going back to early humans. (Should have called the British Museum to evaluate the hair. No window. Previous occupiers had put coffee grinds into scaly kettle and boiled it. Positioned between two nearly adjoining motorcycle ranks, with large windows with the thinnest glass legal. My wife and I moved out that evening and never returned. No wonder they needed an upfront extortionate payment. surprised at Booking.com not checking it out?

it might be me ….. but I don’t having a mop and bucket and a ladder in the living area, and an ironing board in the bedroom 🤷‍♂️

The property was located in london most popular area Soho filled with coffee shops, shopping and entertainment just outside the door. We loved the contemporary design aspect of the apartment and the comfortable and welcoming homey feeling it has.

We liked all aspects hence we are planning to return soon.

The Apartment was very clean. Loved all the art pieces spread around the home, it gives it a wonderful artistic ambience as well as a homey feels. The beautiful dark marble bathroom available, provides an exciting experience during my stay. Perfectly located in the heart of SOHO near cute little coffee shops and cafe‘s.

The apartment is perfectly located and it was possible to leave the luggage later than the check-in time.

The apartment was not very clean, and the beds were not made.

Location and Chad in the shop downstairs was really helpful.

Poorly thought, out furnishing is tired and old. It’s not a nice apartment and especially not for £200 a day.
