Very nice property and close to town. Location is private and although close to the highway, very quite and peaceful. We will book again. Owner is great!

A group of us ATV together in different states yearly. This year was SD. We found this amazing rental that fit our group perfectly. One of the best rentals we have had. Perfect location to trails. Property was absolutely beautiful. I will be back when SD comes up again. Highly recommend.

We had a amazing time, the rental was just as described, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the Hot tub. Communication was great. Location was perfect to downtown deadwood. Cant wait to return again!

Perfect location for a group of friends to stay. Close enough to Deadwood to enjoy all it has to offer ; yet it feels like you’re miles away from anything on top of the mountain !!! Owner was spot on with great communication !!!! No problems whatsoever. Great spot

The Ole Grey Barn was wonderful. Easy to get to and pretty central for all the touristy things in the area. The house was clean and the beds were comfy! Plenty of space for 3 families! The host was very easy to get a hold of and super helpful! Definitely will look into this property again when we come back to the black hills!

We spent a couple days out in the black hills riding side by sides. The house is beautiful and the owners were amazing. Cleanliness was top notch. A great place for a getaway for our family!!

Our second year stay at property, it’s a great location to Deadwood, UTV wheeling trails and many other attractions. Our group enjoyed Wild Bill days, site seeing including Spear Fish canyon, 2 days wheeling in the Black Hills. We highly recommend this venue for a fun filled trip in S Dakota.

Fun adventure jeep trip. Awesome accommodations with lots of parking for trailers and trucks. Great location.

The property is huge and had every amenity possible. The location is perfect and close to the trails. We were pulling a car trailer with our off-road toys and it was easy to turn around on the property and convenient to park the toys in the garage. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. We will be staying again and highly recommend this beautiful property!

The Old Grey Barn is a great place to stay with family or friends. Very clean and accommodating. My kids and their cousins all got to stay together in the above garage loft which they loved. They could be loud and not have to worry about bothering anyone. Close to Terry Peak and Deadwood. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, close enough to town but yet far enough away

We had a group of 13 friends to spend the holiday weekend out in the black hills. The ole grey barn was more than accommodating for all of us. Plenty of room for everyone, very nice, and everything we could of asked for. The owner of the home was very good about texting back about anything I needed. Good bang for your buck on this place. Definitely would stay again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Old Grey Barn! 12 family members over 3 generations were able to spend 4 nights here. We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary and explored the Deadwood / Lead / Spearfish area. We loved the wide open space of the house for all of us to gather. The 5 teen boys loved sleeping up in the cabin and it worked perfectly. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. If staying in winter, be sure to have 4 wheel drive on your vehicle to get up the driveway. Thanks for the wonderful memories!!

Beautiful, spacious house! We loved the location, right on hwy 385 and minutes to Deadwood. The large dining table and sectional couch provided lots of room for us to hang out together, when needed, there’s lots of room to spread out! The room over the garage was perfect for our teenager! The owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. Hopefully this house is available the next time we come to the Black Hills!

Nice , clean and all of the amenities you need for a group vacation. Located close to UTV trails and plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Close to Steel Wheel for trail passes, ice and other simple needs. Owner was awesome about supplying information and answering questions. Would highly recommend!!

House was perfect for our Sturgis week, conveniently located just off Hwy 385, close to Deadwood. Darin and Tanya checked in multiple times during the week to make sure everything was good, driveway was a bit of a challenge as they point out in their property description but not a game changer, would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had 3 families of 4 that stayed and we had plenty of room for all of us. There were 6 kids total, 4 of which were boys so they stayed in the loft above the garage which worked great because they had their own area to go and hang out. The garage was large enough for to park two 4 seater UTV's and a total 5 ATV's (2 adult and 3 kid) in which was nice so they didn't have to sit out at night. We were very close to the trails which we did for three of our days while we were there. The other days we went out sight seeing. It was wonderful to come home at night and use the hot tub and be able to grill out. Darin followed up with me several times during our stay to make sure everything was going fine as well. This was a perfect house and location for our stay in Deadwood, SD and would highly recommend it to anyone!!
