The sound insulation here is not very good. water temperature is not warm enough. A little far to Alona beach.

-comfortable bed -clean -quiet -you can rent a motorbike from the owner but bear in mind that you will have to pay for any damage, flat tyre, etc

-quiet location but closest restaurant/shop is around 10/15 min by motorbike so you need transport to move around -furniture and swimming pool could be better taken care of

A little father from Alona Beach than I had thought, but easy enough to get there with a trike.

Beautiful, modern rooms with new facilities and great pool. The location is just perfect, close to famous Alona beach and the airport, but in a quiet street where you can get a good night sleep. The owner is super nice and helps you with everything you could ever need. On top of that you can also rent a morobike there for a good price.

it was dirty. all 4 of us came out with red marks and when we had 2 doctors check, they both said it was bed bug bites all over our body.

This was the best stay and value for money in the Philippines so far. We had everything we needed, felt like home. - big room - AC - very clean, with sheets and towels changed every other day and trash out every day - beautiful backyard and pool - helped with transfer and a scooter rental when we asked for it - had a huge filtered water box in the room - owner was nice, the cleaning lady too

This can be both a plus and a minus, but it’s not close to restaurants and the busy life. We loved the silence in the area but a scooter is a must to get around (10-12 mins on the scooter to get to nice restaurants).

Everything was perfect. From the room to rent a scooter. the owner helped so much, even arranged a tricycle to the airport.

Pro: - super big room - clean room - the staff was very chill and helpful everytime - you can rent the motorcycle from the accomodation for a good price. Our motorcycle broke and they changed it in 1-2 hours without any additional charge. - nice terrace - clean pool - water provided for the entire period - smart tv

Cons: - the location can be difficult for somebody who does not ride a motorbike, because it is pretty far away from restaurants and beaches.

I dont have photos but what you see on this listing is the actual beauty of this apartment. The location is perfect for our family, quiet and peaceful and less than 10minute drive to the panglao center/alona beach. Good to note that free private parking is available since we rented a car for strolling within the panglao and going to chocolate hills.The amenities are complete, our room even have a rice cooker. The size of our apartment is so big. It has 1 room with 2 aircon. 2 huge beds and 1 single bed, very comfortable. The swimming pool is a plus! My brother rented a day earlier but their flight was rebooked the next day, the owner allowed to rebook the rooms 1 day later without extra charge. Very considerate host indeed.We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommned place. It exceeded my expectation!

The apartment was more than enough for the 3 of us, my wife and 5yr old son. They even provided an extra bed for my son even though we did not request it. The queen size bed is big and can even fit the three of us. The design of the units are modern, complete with the basic ameneties that you need. We also love the location, not far from panglao center and the environment is quiet and peaceful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended place!

The host was very accommodating. The inside and outside of the room is very clean. In fact, we extended our booking for another two days because we were satisfied with our first day booking. The host even granted our request for a discount for our two days extension.
