The hotel is located a 2min walk from the central train station and the rooms are very spacious. Free tea/water bottles are provided. There's also a rooftop terrace where you can see some nice views. They cleaned the room everyday and restocked towels etc. It's about 30mins to Gamcheon village via train + bus and about 30-40 mins to Haeundae/Gwangalli via train. There are many coffee stores and a convenience store nearby and an Olive Young for essentials. You can store your luggage before/after check in/out.

There's not much to do in the area itself, it's good to use as a base but not much to explore. Also there were parts of the room that were dusty and there was an odd smell which would come and go. The front desk staff were not very friendly. For the price it was decent but we wouldn't stay again mainly because of the area and there are parts of the hotel that are quite worn.

The location was ok as close to the station . However it was noisy with trains approaching.

The receptionists were very unhelpful. It was 15 mins to check-in time and the rooms were ready but they did not give us the room . In the middle of the night the lights were buzzing so we could not sleep. Some of the toiletries were expired for more than 2 years .

Location was extremely ideal. Right next to Busan train station. Got of the KTX and was only a 2 min walk from the station.

Beds were too rough and hard. They said rooms had floor heating but did not turn it on for our room. We were freezing and asked receptionist to turn on floor heating and he said he did but nothing changed. We slept in the cold for two nights. Staff did not understand our complaint. Would be nice if they spoke atleast basic English.

Location was right next to Busan KTX station. Flooring has heating.

Old and not well maintained.

The price and the bath tub for relaxing after a long walk throughout a day. The staff is very helpful when I had a problem with train ticket booking.

Even if the location near the station is great, the street is a bit dark for a single lady to walk around at night.

The rooms were large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. For the size and quality, it was extremely value-for-money.

A shower curtain to prevent the bathroom floor from getting wet would be nice (but this is a minor issue).

地理位置方便

抵達時提早寄放行李，櫃台人員愛理不理人，房務清潔根本沒什麼打掃，只有換毛巾備品沒清潔，4人房給2瓶水，住三晚就只有入住時2瓶水，房內沒有任何可以掛衣服的地方，因此連衣架都沒有提供，公共空間也沒有提供飲用水，只有二台微波爐，三晚住宿體驗非常不好，絕對不會再回訪的。

駅から近く、ロケーションは最高。線路のすぐ横だが、防音もバッチリです。

4泊しましたが、部屋の掃除はなく、タオル交換しかありません。バスタオルはありません。ハウスキーピングは非常に残念です。 また、上の階の足音がとても響くため、家族連れなどが宿泊しているととてもうるさいです。

Great location

The room was not ready by the time of check-in. It was very smelly and humid, and no trash can in the bathroom.

Easy check-in and check-out, 24h grocery stores and local restaurants in walking distance. The room and bathtub were big

The location is okayish, but the general area does not feel the best. We paid extra for “sea panorama room” or whatever, but it was more like a railway panorama, so definitely doesn’t worth it. The walls were a bit dirty, and the glass walls in the bathroom were moldy at the sink, where it’s not easy to see at first.

Towels need to be provided as regular size and not tea towel size.

Booking keep prompted me invalid credit card . I update almost everyday the credit card still show invalid . I even use different credit card . Upon check in staff ask us pay by cash and don’t accent credit card. He said if use card card need pay 10% VAT . Very disappointed. Ask few more question the staff give us unhappy face . We have no choice since no like we can change hotel . Pay for the early check in. Said free upgrade but that the room I booked . Another 2 more room when we back at nite to get the hotel key card the staff don’t understand what we talking about . He don’t speak English . so need to explain to him that we already check in and need key card only . One of the room downgraded instead . Supposed to be 1 single bed + 1 double but give me one king bed . Upon check out no staff at the counter and can’t even ask for the invoice . When the credit card not valid I msg the hotel but no one respond . After check out msg the hotel for invoice also no one respond . Service is 0 and staff is very very . First time encounter such a hotel . Room is noisy and have mosquito (open a bit of window)

Great location, walking distance to Busan train station

Listing was described as having two bathrooms, however there was only one true bathroom with a sink and toilet. The other listed "bathroom" was just a room for a shower without a toilet or sink

Nothing, everything was okay

It was very close to the train station which is what we wanted as we was headed to Pohang early the next morning. We booked the king suite with sea view and the view was nice and a very big room! The rooftop view was nice too.

My main issue was the towel size being very tiny other than that there wasn't much to dislike. You could hear the trains being so close to the train station but I was there only one night so didn't disturb me too much. Also could do with more comfortable pillows but they were ok

The bed is very solid

The hotel has no sound barrier. We can hear noise like dong dong dong throughout the whole night. There is no safe box provided since it is stated that it is a business hotel? The room floor not suitable during winter. Gets very very cold and not walkable.

Only near to shopping malls.

The room is not so clean, there have a hair in every bed. I dont now if they clean it. The wifi is not that good "slow connection". They dont have slippers in the room.

had problem with paying with credit card, they even rejected korea-issued card. ended up have to cancel and rebook at a higher price. only face towel provided, central heating in the bedroom which is good for winter but the bathroom was really cold. staff was not helpful or friendly at all

Location is good, very near train station

I have a 3 years old child with me. During our check in, the hotel want an extra charge 50,000 won per night for a kid. They only receive cash payment. The pillow sheet and bedsheet not very clean.
