es könnte sehr schön sein, ist aber sehr in die jahre gekommen und alles sehr umständlich

lassen sie sich von den bildern nicht täuschen, das bett ist nicht unter der klima-anlage, sondern eine halbe etage höher. dadurch ist es dort extrem warm. der zugang zum balkon erfolgt über ein rolltor, dazwischen ist keine balkontür oder fenster, sondern alles offen! sehr nervig, grade in bezug auf mücken. Der Eigentümer antwortet nur sehr schlecht und brauch mitunter viele stunden, dadurch war es extrem schwer zu finden. Man muss eine Kaution über ein fanzösisches portal hinterlegen (nicht wie beschrieben über booking!).

Proximité de tout, air climatisé impeccable , tranquillité de l’édifice.

Matelas divan lit taché mais matelas confortable literie à mettre à jour ( taché et vieillot pas un drap ou couverte pas une serviette de la même couleur mobilier plastique ( chaise blanche plastique noirci par l’usure , pas de marmite de 5 ou 10 litres pour faire bouillir pâtes, frigo la partie congélateur était inaccessible en raison de l’épaisseur du givre et pas de bac pour faire de la glace

The place

Because of not having access to Whats Up, I mailed and got no instructions how to find and get in, and they send wrong adress. First after asking three different persons who got contact via WU I got correct instruction and adress. In addition the pictures of the place in booking.com was not pictures of the place = Lost a coupe of hours. When I asked for some more nights, they increased the price appr 20 %.

The apartment is based in a great location, near the marina and restaurants.

The host is vey pedantic, rude and made us feel very unwelcome. I am not sure you will be able to get in the apartment if you arrive after 4pm as the check-in time is strictly 3pm - 4pm. We were there 7 min before 3pm and we were not even provided with the exact location. We were reminded that check-in is at 3pm and details will be provided then. The apartment wasn't clean, there was lots of hair on the floor and we were unpleasantly surprised to see that the bed linen wasn't changed. The actual bed is at upper level, which even with an air-con would be very uncomfortable for sleeping. We slept on a sofa bed in the leaving room (which was not comfortable). If for whatever reason you are few minutes late for check-out you will definitely be reminded - we left the apartment at 11am (self check-out with pictures) and even then at 12.08 we have been reminded to leave.

The double bed in the first floor was unexpected and very comfortable . I loved it !So my friend sleeps down at the sofa and me up . Perfect ! It’s good to know that there is a real bed too. The photos are not updated,also balcony get a nice new chair . Washing machine works perfect . The location is near to beach (6 minutes walk) supermarket and tourist restaurants . You must know that the house is in the second line or you will not found the entrance . There is no noise from the street ! We never had a problem to found a parking place !

The kitchen equipment is very less . Only 1 cup for coffee. In the picture is a big fridge but they changed it to a small with lower work in frozen.Not a problem but for me neccessary to know because my medicine need frozen. Also nobody recommended the Hotel pool from the neighbor building directly under the balcony . there is it noisy by kids and cleaning the area very early from the housekeeping . So if you a longsleeper with attended to wake up by every noise , it’s not a good deal to choose the appartment and want to sleep at the sofa . If you sleep up at the floor in the bed it’s ok ! There is only a roll up to close the front to the balcony no window, so the noise from outside of the pool is easy to hear. The price is really high but trois ilet is a expensive town ;-).

We had a great time at the studio. The location was super nice, next to some restaurants and beaches. Even the watertaxi to go over to FdF is just a 5 minutes walk away.
