Very nice apartment, clean and nice furniture. Very good contact by mail and fast reply if you have questions. I can recommend the place for sure !

it looked completely different from the photos completely worn out, dirty, cold, lousy heater that did nothing we chose this over a hotel as it looked charming and homey but ended up feeling cold dirty and creepy there was blood and other stains on the curtains and bedsheets, toilet was dirty and the shower was moldy, kitchen was rusty and with sticky and dirty equipment we were supposed to stay for 3 nights but happily forfeited that, for the same price you can sleep in way way nicer places which we ended up doing please don’t go there

looks completely different than in photos it was dirty, old, moldy shower, dirty sticky kitchen equipment, the heater is lousy and will not keep you warm in Hanoi winter, absolutely disgusting and disappointing we chose this place over a nice hotel because it looked charming we’re supposed to stay 3 nights but after the first one we decided to lose whatever we paid and get out of that place we ended up getting a room in a nice hotel for the same amount, please don’t call for these photos horrible place

Great location. Smooth system for self check in and check out. Staff were excellent remote communicators. Room was clean and a perfect for my needs.

More comfortable bed. Did not recommend as a romantic location as that was not the purpose of my trip.
