My family have stayed in Gregg and Audrey’s condo for 5 summers. Everything is always perfect, and they are exceptional hosts. The condo has everything to offer…we cook every night (the kitchen has everything needed), spend time on the balcony with the beautiful views, the fishing pier and the beach. The beach access is very close and we go every day. We love this location, and everything about it, which is why we keep coming back.

Our stay was wonderful! This was just the perfect spot for our anniversary trip. We enjoyed the most beautiful beach during the day and in the evenings we spent our time on the balcony watching the boats sail by. We even had the luck to watch dolphins playing in the Bay. Lovely time in a lovely spot! Thank you to Gregg and Audrey for their hospitality!

The location was great. Close to a beautiful beach (within walking distance and it was less crowded than Casino Beach). Enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the bay. The bay at the complex had its own little beach and pier.

The place is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a small kitchen & living room. The pictures are pretty accurate however the place looks a lot cleaner in the pictures. The place is ‘homey.’ Our only complaint is that it was dirty. Dishes were not clean, literally there was food and grease still on all the dishes and utensils. Towels looked dirty, there were some stains. Stains on the linens too. If you come here, make sure you wash the dishes, utensils, towels & linens before you use them. I was severely disappointed with this. We expected at least clean dishes. There was dish soap, no sponge. We had to buy everything to clean dishes and laundry. Bathroom was a bit dirty too, specifically the tub and sink. There were hairs leftover from whoever was there before us. There was dust on the walls, corners, on top of things. Other than the cleanliness of the place, things were great. Hosts are very nice. Also, the place is up two floors and there’s no elevator so make sure to keep that in mind because bringing up luggage & coolers were difficult but doable. My only suggestion to the hosts is to hire a new cleaning service ASAP. We took paper towels and wiped some of the dishes and utensils and it was honestly disgusting. After that we started washing everything (we didn’t notice until day 2 of our stay that nothing was cleaned). You are told to leave the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I don’t know if they forgot to wash them before our stay but it was upsetting.

Property was as advertized! Clean, fast wifi, laundry in unit, great location, comfortable temperature in side. Snacks provided by owner were a nice touch!

Beautiful view of the bay. We enjoyed the outdoor deck. Kicthen and bath facilities were very clean and functional. Convenient parking. Ideal location on Pensacola Beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very clean and plenty of room

Each year we take a trip after Christmas into the New Year this year we decided to check out Pensacola! This property was a great find for sure!! It was VERY clean and tidy!! It had plenty of amenities from extra toliet paper to sugar and spices in the cabinet! Plenty of towels; had beach towels and extra beach supplies in closets outside; even though we didn't use them-it was still nice that they supplied those things. Had a great view! A private Pier that you could fish from and walk along the bay side was really nice. Pool area was clean; a little small- it was way too cold to swim, but we did check it out. Area was quiet but it was off season; had no problems at all. Plenty of room for us 2 adults and 2 teens. The owners sent us message with all info beforehand and the welcome basket was a very nice gesture! thank you for accommodating our first trip to Pensacola and will book again in the future!

Stayed here over Christmas to visit our daughter. The condo was perfect for us - great location near the beach...walked the beach in 72 degrees on Christmas Day...can't get any better than that!

Thank you for the snacks/treats. We enjoyed the stay. The place is smaller than I expected. I just didn’t pay attention on the condo size when booking. I like location being quite and right by the Gulf national seashore. One of heating elements (coil) of the cooktop is not level so I was a little tricky when we cooked our fried eggs. Some of the cookware are old. They either need replaced or removed as it is cluttered up the place. Thanks

We really enjoyed our trip to Pensacola. The condo has everything you need for a nice week away. Great location, minutes from the beach access and the view from the balcony is gorgeous! There is a family of dolphins that play every evening right outside in the bay too. We will be returning !!! Thanks!!!

We have stayed in the McCarthy's condo for 4 years now. Our family is always so happy which is why we keep booking it. It is the perfect space for us. The unit is perfectly described, the amenities are great, and the walk to the beach is short. It is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a nice getaway. The balcony is in the perfect location to view the gorgeous sunsets and we spend practically all our time out there when not at the beach or biking to town. Always a blast! Until next summer....

Nicely furnished, well-kept condo with very nice owners. Location worked out perfectly for attending the Blue Angels show and going to the beach regularly. Water views from the deck lent a relaxing feel to every meal. Definitely would rent there again. Must be able to climb a few flights of stairs. Parking was convenient and covered from the sun’s heat and any passing storm.

It was absolutely beautiful clean owners had a welcome gift basket we sat on balcony every chance we got we even enjoyed seeing the dolphins in our backyard the sunset sunrise the pool was clean we definitely would recommend staying here and plan to stay again short walk to new fav restaurant peg leg and even shorter walk to beach

Just like listing :). Just know ahead of time it is up several flights of stairs and no elevator. Just in case you have someone who can’t do stairs. Floating in a bay was new for us, but quickly became our favorite thing to do. We also took a day trip to Destin, rented a boat and went to Crab Island! Perfect vacation for sure!

Perfect spot: clean and quiet, right on the bay and exactly as advertised. Easy walk to the ocean and the trolley stops right in front. 10/10 would recommend and would rent here again.

We have stayed at Baywatch several years running. This was the best yet. Great owner, great view, great condo. We are already looking to book the same unit next year.

We enjoyed this property very much. It’s very clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the fact that it’s a little bit out of the crowds of the main public beach area. Beach access was an easy walk of maybe a block.

Family of four had a great stay at the condo which is very close to the beach and bay! Lots of activities for the whole family. The condo was very clean and was the perfect place to stay for spring break. Would highly recommend!
