Loved being right on Ocean walk and just steps from beach.

Words can’t describe waking up in the morning and seeing pelicans diving and an occasional dolphin passing by in the water. Place was just the right size for our family of four and you can’t beat the location. Will definitely book again in the future. Thanks for a wonderful time!

This was a wonderful place for three friends to enjoy a few days at the beach. The condo unit was clean and modern with updated kitchen and bath fixtures, comfortable beds, and nice tile floors. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. If we had known there was a Keurig machine, we would have brought our own coffee. We liked that it was a quiet building that didn't allow parties and had a designated (small) covered parking spot. The patio table and chairs with umbrella were great for relaxing and watching the people pass by on the paved ocean walk. And just across the ocean walk was the beautiful sandy beach. We found several good casual restaurants within walking distance.

Great place, right on the beach and just a short walk from the action with restaurants and vendors. Loved the place, loved the price, did not love the big “Don’t Tread On Me” flag that dominates the beach side of the building. You get stared at a lot from the people walking by and it makes the patio area a real weird experience. If it weren’t for that we’d be back, so if that wouldn’t bother you the place is probably for you.

We loved our stay! The property is right on the beach and had all the amenities needed. We walked to dinner but were also close enough for a short drive to Little Italy and explore downtown.

I couldn’t have selected a location any better. Right on the boardwalk. Great view of beach and sunsets. Everything was in good working order. Clean. Parking space was convenient. Walking to restaurants and groceries. I would definitely return.

Was perfect for a family of four, walking distance to restaurants and two steps to the beach. Lots of sand toys and everything you needed in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, parking is convenient and hope to be back again!

We drove from Seattle with our 3 young adult daughters. We’ve come many many time’s through the years for spring break and did Disneyland, but this time the girls wanted to relax on the beach. It was nice to spend this time with them before they head out to college in the fall. Mission Beach was amazing! This was our first time staying so close to the beach. The house was beautiful and had everything you need! We definitely recommend this stay to anyone coming to Mission Beach!

Took my daughter and her friends for her 16th birthday and it was the perfect location. Everything is walkable. No driving needed.

Such an ideal spot for an oceanfront getaway. Everything you need is right there in the apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee. Only downfall is the limit of people, and no music allowed out on the patio. Rules are rules but would’ve been nice to have music. Overal recommend this place! And would def stay again.

At first I thought the apartment was a little underwhelming as we arrived late at night. But when the sun came up and the beach appeared, I realized that the place is about the location and the people and it was a beautiful experience seeing so many people living life outside, in the sun, and on the beach.

We really enjoyed ourselves being close to beach and close to the roller coaster park. Everything was within close proximity. We would stay here again.

My family and I spent a portion of the holidays at this property and couldn't have been happier! Great location, great people watching and literally steps from the beach. The property manager replied to any inquiries promptly, even on Christmas day. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

The location was fantastic. Place was clean and decent except very very hard beds. I liked it but unfortunately our last night there our car got spray painted. Won’t go again for that reason

Perfect location! Clean and comfortable. We saw dolphins and whales from the amazing front patio, rented bikes to ride on the boardwalk, and walked each day to the Olive for morning coffee and kolaches! It was only a short drive to all the main tourist areas. Highly recommend!

Kudos to the cleaning crew! We’ve used vrbo for many years, this was by far the cleanest and most well stocked property that we’ve stayed at.

The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfectly located on the beachfront. There were two couples for the week so the size of the condo suited us perfectly. We sat on the patio playing games and watching people, walk, jog, skate & bike on the boardwalk in front of us. The beach is a few steps from the patio so very easy access and a outdoor shower to wash sandy feet on the premises. A Starbucks is within walking distance off of Mission Bay Dr. Because of social distancing we purchased a weeks worth of groceries at the Ralph’s just a few blocks from the condo and made all our meals. The kitchen was well equipped and fortunately our husbands are excellent cooks so we didn’t mind eating in. The property manager was very responsive to questions and we will definitely be back.
