Private suite was pretty, cozy, spacious and clean. Private bathroom was nice as well.

Shared kitchen and terrace was taken by our neighbours all the time so we went to eat outside.

Jhonatan, the host of Villa Blanca, was nice and helpful. The internet connection is very quick - strongly recommended for those who need to work remotely. An excellent choice and excellent value for money. I really enjoyed my stay in Villa Blanca.

I really liked this Villa. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom and the rest of the apartment was very clean. Big living room with dinning and really great tarace with table and garden furnitures. Very good contact with the owner. Good price. Washing machine and coffe maker.

The room was small however there is plenty of space in other areas in this flat.

The facilities were good. We stayed for a week and like that it had a big living room and a terrace.

There are several things that could be improved: 1. The process to make the deposit effective is quite slow. You have to send the deposit one week before and you get it one week after. It'd be better to make it cash and right in the place. Also, it'd be good to emphasize on it in the main page of the property. 2. Check-in is quite cumbersome. (1) You have to chat with the owner to get an email with the account where you have to send the deposit. (2) You have to send the deposit one week in advance from your stay. (3) You have to download a one-time-use app to get the code to open the apartment. (4) You have to check-in through the app, upload all the documents and stuff. I stayed in several properties in Tenerife and this was the only one which such a burdensome process. 3. The purpose of the app is to automatize the check-in process, so you don't have to meet anyone. Quite convenient in COVID times. Nevertheless, the owner of the house showed-up in the apartment the very same day without notifying us. Moreover, he himself was not following the covid measures (not wearing a mask). This happened 3 times during our 1 week stay. Not only that, but sometimes random people showed-up in the apartment - presumably owner's friends. They were also not following the covid measures. 4. After all the troublesome check-in with the app, you get a key for the room. Therefore, the process is not wholly automatized. It'd be better to get the key right away without going through such long process. 5. One of the days the owner arrived, we left our computers and flip-flops in the living room. We received a message saying that we shouldn't leave personal stuff in the common areas. I can understand that. However, we were the only guests in the apartment at the time. A few days later, a family with two kids entered as a guest. All the time they were leaving the toys scattered around the living room, but there was no telling off for them.

I’ve been traveling a lot during my life but never met a host like him. Jonatan, the owner, was literally the best and the most helpful and kind host ever! Our flight got canceled because of Coronavirus and would have to wait more than a day at the airport but he offered his help immediately and selflessly. So I want to thank for everything to Jonatan once again. Next to that everything about the property was amazing. The location was just perfect, you could reach every point of the whole island easily and was also close to the airport luckily. Even the WiFi was super fast. And everything in the house looked just like on the pictures which shows how trustable they are. All together I do highly recommend this accommodation, you won’t regret your choice!
