Perfect location, lovely staff who were happy to accomodate our minor requests. Lovely snacks and the restaurant was good too. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was also about 20m away from where the bus stopped.

Good breakfast. Nice quay location interesting to watch the goings on. Near pubs and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Light filled clean room.

Location, the staff was very accommodating and accepted us earlier than check in time, and held our bags for us.
Quality of the internet was poor. Neither of our cell phones were able to connect.

We all agreed The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had anywhere . The staff were all exceptionally welcoming, professional, we felt so comfortable in their company. I will return again and again . The place was spotless .
The only tiny thing, and I meant to say this to them personally, the pillows could be softer!
The beds and bed lined were super.
We travelled with our elderly mother, and nothing was too much trouble… we brought her breakfast up to bed , she felt totally spoilt.
