We appreciate being able to stay at this property for ur weekend. We had all of our kids/ grandkids together to spend time… I was just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, so I really appreciated all Karen did to make this happen - it were much more than a business venture! We were overwhelmed by the property! We loved the room, hot tub and pool!,. Thank you so much!

Everything was amazing and karen was amazing she was alway just a text away if we needed and i will be staying there again!

The house was perfect. We rented the house next door also. The gates in the back made it so easy to get from one house to the another. We have a hard time finding places big enough for large groups. This was great! Plenty of space for all and plenty of outdoor activities.

We love this place! Everyone needs their own space and this place has it! The pool and hot tub never close and the house is super pet friendly. This was our second time to rent this home and won’t be the last. It’s just perfect.

We loveed the house The only problem we had ran out of hot water one night, but it was fixed by the next night so not a big deal. It was the perfect amount of bedrooms for our family. The pool area is great. Would be nice maybe a little more shade either with umbrellas or a permanent roof structure on part of it. We would definitely rent it again thank you.

Over all everything was great! House was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone! We left some suggestions and comments in the notebook. I will say that the biting ants on the patio around the pool were a bother, and the patio screens and frame around it need to be power washed, there was green algae covering it. We would deffinatly stay again! Thankyou

We had a great time. We also booked the bonus room and the extra room made sure that everyone had a little space for themselves. Only went to the beach one day, no need to go more than once when you have a pool and hot tub right out the back door of the house. Kitchen was spacious with plenty of room for every one to eat. Volley ball, golf putting green, & tetherball kept everyone entertained when not in the pool. Only downside was the drink fridge wasn't working but it wasn't an issue when you have a ice cube maker right there. Neighborhood was quiet but still close to many activities. We will look to book this house again if we decide to come back to Alabama

This was the perfect spot for our family of 14. We went out to dinner once, hit the beach twice, and spent the rest of the time at this home! The pool is fabulous, and there is a sand volleyball court (aka sandcastle city), horseshoes, a putting green, and tetherball court. The house was plenty big enough for card games, video games, reading, cooking, and other activities to keep everyone satisfied. Loved the kitchen (you might want to bring your own pots -- previous renters have destroyed the nonstick surfaces), the beds were comfortable, and the layout was great. I highly recommend this place!

Very clean and well equipped. Everyone in our group was impressed with how spacious the house was. We had a great time in the pool and some fun with the other activities. If you’re traveling with a little one there’s no need to bring a pack n play. It’s in the foyer closet!

Everything was great. The only complaint I have is the way you list the property. You advertise 7 bed rooms for the listed price but that is not true. We thought we were getting 7 bedrooms but after reading the contract later we found out that the 7th bedroom is extra. There should be two different prices listed. Feels like a bait and switch. It cost us $1000 more than the listed price to get the 7th bedroom.

Beautiful house and property. Very spacious. We especially enjoyed eating outside under the screened in pool area. We also enjoyed the pool, putt putt, and volleyball area. Hope to stay there again next May.

We got married in gulf shores, and we had all of our friends and closest family come down and stay. The house was very accommodating, abd was a ton of fun. Definitely would stay here again!

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this home for a soccer tournament. There was alot to do when not playing soccer. My grandson peeked over the back fence and saw your new house has a pickle ball court so that is where they want to stay next time. Thank you for your hospitality. I meant to leave a note but forgot to. The tv in the living room has issues on the right side of the screen. It appears the picture is going out because it is darker. I did send an email but then forgot about it because we really didn’t watch much tv.

We stayed at this property to celebrate my father turning 80. This house was big enough to accommodate our children and grandchildren. The pool, sand volleyball and putting green was enjoyed by everyone. We loved the large kitchen that had enough room for all of us to eat together. Everyone having their own bathroom was great also. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was in great working order except the kids went out to play tether ball and the ball came immediately off the string. There was so many other things to do that we didn’t consider that a big deal at all 😊 Would definitely stay here again

We stayed here over spring break for a softball tournament and had a great time! There were 23 of us staying in the house and it worked perfectly for us! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The accommodations were as advertised. Plenty if dishes. Kitchen faucet needs some maintenance. Lots to do in area. Kids loved the pool.

We absolutely love this property. Very spacious and clean with all the accommodations you may need. There are a view minor repair that are need. List of repairs left in home on dinning room table.

This house is absolutely wonderful for large groups. Plenty of spaces to get away from one another when desired, a huge kitchen for everyone to come together, and a pool area large enough for everyone to gather. For those wanting to spend time at the beach, it is at least a 20 minute drive due to traffic and stop lights. The house definitely needs some warming up. Some rugs and curtains would bring some homeyness to the place. Rugs are especially needed in the bath rooms. We could never find any dry measuring cups and the organization in the kitchen needs attention. Coming from a family in the construction business, it is obvious that some things were skimped on and not up to par. The closet doors in one room do not close and the bath doors in one of the main bedrooms do not close. There are loose bricks in the pool area. One of the trash drawers in the kitchen need replacing. The furniture was just okay. Higher quality mattresses would have made our stay more relaxing. One of the bunk bed slats were broken and the drawers on the dresser were not aligned and rolling correctly. The dryer took an excessive amount of time to dry even the smallest of loads. This was reported to maintenance who said they would be out but they never showed. Some of the TV remotes were missing even though it says in the check out instructions to return them to the appropriate rooms. Some rooms do not have smart tv's. They only had DVD players and cable. These need to be updated. Pool toys and floats should be made available to guests. Overall, we would consider staying here again if we were unable to find anything closer to the beach. The sand volleyball was awesome and we had a great time on the putting green. We had a wonderful family vacation in this vast home.

Some furniture items are getting worn and not working well....may need replaced soon. Bedding and pillows probably should be replaced.

This is our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first stay. We have local family and family as far away as Arizona! The location is perfect for everyone to go to work (for local family) or to go to the beach (visiting family). The layout of the house allows us to make the most of our week together! We plan to be back next year!

My family rents homes each year for our reunion gatherings and we had zero complaints this year. The house is beautiful, spacious and its so nice almost all rooms have a bathroom. One king room had a closet the size of a room!! The kitchen, common areas and rooms are much larger than they appear in the photos. The pool and patio space was perfect too. The house itself is well maintained and so clean and I’m VERY PICKY!! My family and I would absolutely stay here again.

Walking into the house, upon check-in, it smelled wonderful. Everything was very clean. The pool was a favorite for the whole family and was used every day we stayed. There was ample room for everyone, with plenty of bathrooms. No one had to wait for a shower. There was prompt communication to help with anything needed. Yard and pool people were sneaky and unintrusive. We would not have even known they were there, if we had not spotted them out the window. Thank you for sharing your place and for a great time.

We had a wonderful time, it has everything you need. Only went to the beach one day. Our only problem, upon arrival, one of the beds had M&M's in the sheets another had crackers, which required us to wash all and there was some hidden damaged items
