LOCATION!, VIEW, wonderful location and awesome oceanview, all within walking distance to restaurants, market, and especially BEACH! Already planning for next trip. Host Senhora Graça was amazing always available when needed,OBRIGADO!

Great Location, lovely apartment and the views were beautiful!!

Check in was a bit of a pain as host was only contactable by her Portuguese phone. Also the balance of the fee had to be paid in cash, so I had to make a very expensive ATM withdrawal. I also wasn’t provided with a receipt which was unsettling. I think it needs to be more clear in the listing that this is more of an AirBnB type situation with only one apartment and a private host. The air conditioning unit leaked over the floor on several occasions, the first night it went over our mobile phones and chargers which wasn’t great. The bathroom door is also a glass sliding door without a latch next to the toilet and it regularly would slide open - which basically gave a honeymooning couple zero privacy with our bathroom habits. I would strongly suggest fitting a different door. I think it would also be beneficial to have a guide of how the appliances work, TV/digibox, cooker etc - we had lots of trial and error to work out how things worked.

Very nice location, stunning view from the balcony, was exactly what we were looking for, only slight issue was having to have the whole payment in cash on arrival without any notice so got charged by bank etc. But all in all beautiful stay

The view was splendid and the fact that we were literally 1 minute away from the old town where you can find most of the good restaurants and shops but in the same time somehow it was quite for the area where we were. Also the access to the beach is good, about 3-5 minutes you can either take stairs or there is a modern lift which works from 9:00 am or through the old town there is another access through an tunnel.
