We spent our holiday in April 2019 with our three kids. We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is well appointed with a nice view on the see. It is located in the hills, not far away from a supermarket. We went by car to the beach or to Nerja town where you can find very nice shops and restaurants. We can recommend a stay there and we will certainly come again :-)

Excellently equipped villa situated on an urbanisation of individual villas in the northern part of Nerja. Lovely views southwards to the sea from the pretty garden and patio. We enjoyed sitting in warm sunshine having breakfast there in February. The TV has large range of channels where we could watch many English ones and the wifi worked very well. The only slight problem we had finding it despite a set on instructions - the name of the Calle on the left side was very modest and we looked instead at what was a house name on the other side of road, so not sure that we were in the right road. Parking our hire car wasn't a problem. We could easily walk from the villa into Nerja town and its several beaches. Another plus point is the two supermarkets, SuperSol and Mercedona located just downhill about 700/900 M away. The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into equipping what is a very comfortable villa and everything is very well maintained. It is certainly one of the best equipped holiday homes that we have stayed in. We would seriously consider staying there again.

This is our second visit to this Villa and was every bit impressed as our previous visit. The view from the garden down to Nerja town and beyond to the bay is just spectacular especially at sunrise and sunset. Not sure why but this visit we had some truly magnificent sunsets in the evening with the sky a burning red out on the horizon. Since our last visit there has been a new sun blind fitted on the terrace and this will be a great improvement during the summer months. The existing fridge freezer has been replaced and there is a new washing machine to be installed over the next couple of weeks. Certainly a well equipped villa nicely located for the beach, restaurant's, supermarket etc. A big thank you again to David & Pat for allowing us the use of this lovely villa and we hope if it is still available next year we will be back. David and Pat have an amazing home from home villa which is brilliantly equipped with everything you need, dishwasher, with enough mugs and plates to double up. Great cooking equipment and utensils, lovely terrace and spacious table and chairs plus loungers, BBQ, garden.... 2 comfy bedrooms with adequate wardrobe storage and 2 spacious bathrooms. What more could you want.? Would highly recommend this superb holiday home.

This villa is just perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, but well within reach for bars restaurants and supermarkets. It is wonderfully equipped and very clean and comfortable. the ceiling fans are great and not noisy, the beds are super comfy, the dishwasher and washing machine make it really easy. The new patio table is lovely to sit at and look over the town to the sea or just admire the pretty little garden and the birds. we did go to the communal pool it was clean and quiet as it was later in the season. As there were only two of us the size of the villa was just right but it would be perfect for a family holiday too. the capistrano walks will keep you fit but theres plenty of bars to rest at along the way. we will definitely return to this tranquil haven The owners get right back to you with any questions perfectly perfect

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay in this lovely Villa. We are a family of four and my Dad also stayed on the bed settee. The Villa is very well equipped with a lovely terrace and is not overlooked. The pool area was lovely and very quiet even though it was the height of the season the 5 of us could always get a sunbed. As stated in the details it is quite steep but my 80 year old Dad managed and that was with a calf injury There is an excellent bus service to the beach and into town and a Supermarket 10 mins away. The Courtyard cafe nearby is excellent for breakfast or light snacks. I would definitely return

We are a family of four with two teenage children and stayed for two weeks. We really appreciated the the peace and quiet and lovely views down to the sea, although this comes at the price of a steep walk up and a flight of stairs! We are all active so not a problem. We chose not to hire a car and walk everywhere, it's about 25 minutes to the beach or the old town. the supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk, but uphill all the way back so bear this in mind if you don't have young, fit helpers! The villa itself is modern and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen/lounge area is well appointed with everything you need, including excellent wifi. The development dates from the 80's and is in a traditional Spanish style, which gives it lots of character and the feeling that you are in Spain, rather than a modern "could be anywhere" district. Nerja itself retains much of it's charm and has several good beaches. The villa pool is a short walk and a decent size, we never had trouble getting a sun bed, even in the height of the season If you are looking full a tranquil villa with a bit of character, I would recommend this property.

A nice, comfortable and well equipped Holiday house with a good view from the house and the garden/terrace. Nice and clean, ready to move into. The setting is very peacefull and shopping and cafe/restaurant facilities within easy reach. We can recommend The Courtyard Cafe just down the hill and the restaurant Braseria Iberica, Calle Cartama, (remember to book a table). The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, also on the terrace. Deposit was returned immidiately after the rental period. The owner offered good service and quick response to any question. All in all we can fully recommend to choose this house for your stay in Nerja. Berit and Ove, Denmark

Nice property in a nice Town. Quiet and Good communal pool. Steps and approach would be a problem for anyone with reduced mobility but you will feel fitter at the end of the week. Our 2 girls shared a bed which was fine but if sharing not a viable option you may need to use the sofa bed which would reduce parents TV time. All satellite channels and reliable WI FI though. Nice Sea Views , smallish but comfy beds, tidy garden and patio area with loungers , dining table and chairs and BBQ. We didn't try BBQ or the air con as the weather we had in April this year was too cold. We were very happy with the Villa though.

We stayed nine days at David's villa and had a wonderful time. It is much prettier than the photos insinuate! It is a quiet place where no one disturbs you, however it is recommendable to bring a car. I don't like Nerja too much, but this villa is so cozy and has a perfect view of the Mediterranean, one does not really need to go downhill to Nerja. Shopping is comfortable at Supersol. However, one should not miss places away from the coast like Frigiliana, Ronda, Granada. David's villa is the perfect base for day trips to all of these amazing places. Thank you, David! 20mins walk into town, perfect for getting an appetite to sample the many restaurants in Nerja. Easy parking right outside the steps that take you up to the property. The property is well equipped with all that you would need for a good relaxing stay. Look forward to returning sometime in the near future.

We found that our stay in this Villa this January to be way above our expectations, the view from the garden over Nerja down to the ocean was quite spectacular and both the sun rise and sun set produced some wonderful skies. The Villa itself is very well appointed with everything that you would expect to have in your own home, washing machine dishwasher two fridges and a good range of crockery and cooking appliances. The two bedrooms are a nice size with both wardrobe and draws and must say very comfortable beds. The on suite shower room is a good size with a double shower with glass cubicle and excellent pressure from the mixer. The 2nd bath has a bath with a shower facility and glass screen and once again of a good size. The main living room is excellent with a corner sofa bed unit and two easy chairs. Outside is a charming garden with an area set to lawn and a large patio area with a built in barbecue for those who like alfresco cooking. There are two patio tables, a small circular with several chairs and a large extending rectangular table and six chairs. There is also 4no sunbeads and covers along with bench seating formed around the back edge of the patio / rear wall. We found that there was certainly enough towels for use within the Villa ( not for the beech you need to take these with you) and bed linen to allow them to be changed and washed regulaly. I would say that by the end of our month stay we really felt it was home from home foor us and this is a credit to the way David and Pat have furnished Villa and we would like to thank them for allowing us the use of there home Graham & Jenny Fisher Bracklesham Bay West Sussex

We stayed for 4 weeks from mid November to mid December. The weather was excellent, sunny every day except for 2 days of rain. The villa is well equipped, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet location with good views from the garden. Although it is a pleasant walk down to the town (we did this almost every day) we mostly used the excellent bus service to return, alighting at the Cave bar stop, a short walk from here to the villa. The location is ideal to explore further afield, Granada being only 75 minutes away on good roads and offering superb mountainous scenery. Can fully recommend this property.

Lovely peaceful well equipped villa.I can't fault this villa,air con,WiFi,UK tv. Very comfortable even a dishwasher. There are views to the sea. Not the place to stay if you are not able bodied there are quite a few steps to get to the villa and we found parking at the pool was sometimes our only option which is a short walk uphill saying that we are a fit 60s couple and found this no problem at all. Would definitely recommend.

Very well located for both Nerja and Frigiliana, very clean, lovely garden and views and very safe for our young children to be left to play in garden as gated. AC was a god send in high 30's as were the ceiling fans. Many thanks, Paul and Clare Jowett.

We have stayed in this villa for the past 2 years and it is like being in our own home. Everything is provided and the location is so peaceful. Sitting on the BBQ patio at night having a drink is a must. During the day the garden is an absolute sun trap for topping up your tan. Definitely be visiting again.

Beautifully situated in the hills above Nerja, this pretty villa has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday among the white villages of Andalucía. The view from the terrace is amazing with the town in the distance and the sea beyond. The air conditioning and fans in the bedroom are very welcome in the hot weather plus a communal pool within a few minutes walk. There is a choice of 2 supermarkets not far away stocking a wide range of food including great fresh fish and fruit - the 6 euro taxi ride back up to the villa after a big shop is money well spent! There is so much to do around the area with great walking and good transport with the pretty town of Frigliana and the incredible Nerja Caves well worth a visit.

We stayed at villa casa Martin for one week. It was great; had everything we needed plus more. Extremely well equipped villa, very clean too. Such a great location, a good supermarket a few minutes away. Very spacious living area inside with very efficient air conditioning, which was very much needed in the height of the summer! 5 minute drive from the beautiful beaches; Carabeillo was our favourite. Fantastic communal pool which was never too busy, a great size. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning for sure! Fast communication from David, the owner, answering any queries we had, too.

Fantastic views of the sea, great sunsets and sunrises, Property has all the facilities you need with well equipped kitchen, fantastic outside area and garden, good, well sized bathrooms. Lighting in lounge area could be better. Easy access to supermarket...5mins...and only 15 mins to the beach or the town. Lots of fantastic walks from the villa to Frigiliana, or to the caves and the Fuente de Esparta. Would definitely make a return visit.

A very clean a well presented 2 bed family villa, we also used the sofa bed which was very comfortable, would easily look after 6 adults.The views are amazing. The communal pool is great for kids and very clean. It's a 20 min walk or five min drive to the town centre and beach. Loved Nerja and it's beaches also only a 40 min drive to the nearest water park. Would highly recommend this villa to both family's and couples..

A villa with enough for 3 couples (2 beds and a convertible in the lounge), with a great view over the town and sea. It is self-contained and within easy reach of two supermarkets. As with all the villas in and around the villages close to Malaga, you need a car, but with a car you can take a day trip to Malaga or the Alhambra at Granada with ease. The local town Nerja has much to offer, including their famous caves, but you must try the lunchtime 'all-you-can-eat' paella on the far end of Burriana beach east of the town. The only downside other than the steps up to the property, is the walk to the communal pool, as there is a short but steep road. A wonderful setting.
