Was such a lovely place to Rent, the views from the bedroom looking out to sea amazing and the added touch of the welcome hamper was so lovely and thoughtful, would definitely recommend and stay here again, thanks for giving us the opportunity to make wonderful memories xx

We stayed at the property for 5 days over the Christmas period and loved every moment. The property was in wonderful location with access to St Ives a short walk away. The house was clean, well presented and fully equipped.
The owner had left a Christmas tree out for us and decorations which finished the front room off and saved us having to bring decorations with us. All the rooms were excellent and given our age range was between 11 - 91 catered for all our needs. The house was well stocked with items when we arrived and even a lovely hamper left in the kitchen.
There was ample parking for up to 4 cars which for St Ives is a luxury. Craig’s communications was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend this property enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

We had a lovely week at Orla-mo, the location is fantastic, walking distance to all of St Ives' beaches and the town centre. Steep hills, so you need strong legs! The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout. The house is very spacious, plenty of room for our party of 10. Kitchen is very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean for our arrival. Thank you Craig!

Really enjoyed our stay here for a week in August and it was a lovely house for our friends to get together. More than enough space, large kitchen and living room and a BBQ in the garden. Perfect spot to reach town and Porthmeor beach. Would 100% recommend!

We have just returned from a two week stay in this beautiful house, in a very convenient position to the town and beaches. The house is very well equipped, the beds very clean and comfortable, lots of towels provided.
We arrived after a long journey to find a wonderful welcome pack with wine and goodies even a vase of flowers. Any problem that arose was quickly dealt with.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property especially for large family groups, our grandchildren were particularly pleased with the wifi and Sky bundle.

The house is well presented with lots of space every where. Views from the master bedroom and 2nd floor front are stunning. Every day started with coffee sitting in the bay window overlooking St Ives bay and the Town harbour.
Everything we needed was available. Including a stairgate. We forgot ours.
Cooking was great. The kitchen has modern hob, oven and ice making fridge freezer. There are so many rooms you forget which one your using.
Very good for large groups and families and one of the best houses we have aver used and hoping to stay again.

Orla-Mo is close to the town centre, down one side of the hill. And very close to Porthminster beach down the other side of the hill. Thanks to the hill, it really does have spectacular views. Our group aged 8-74 coped with the hills fine, and it's worth it for the view and peacefulness.
The house itself is well appointed, clean and comfortable. We bbq'd one night, but chose to eat out mostly as St Ives is so well served for lovely independent restaurants and bars - do book ahead though.
