Clean, quiet, well equipped villa in great location. Near Supermarket and Marina with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Location was excellent and less than a 5min walk to Marina Rubicon and all facilities that we needed. A welcome pack on arrival was appreciated.

No satellite TV which would have been a bonus and limited aircon, Although not an issue during our stay, could be needed in the height of the summer heat.

Location was perfect

Pool was the coldest pool I’ve ever experienced. You couldn’t get in without the risk of hypo-shock!

Location was perfect for marina rubicon, super clean and tidy. Gets the sun all day and was sheltered from the wind on windy days.

Underbart läge, sköna sängar, välutrustat kök med fyllt kylskåp när vi kom dit, så välkomnande! Rent, snyggt inrett. Vi bodde i hus nr 2 och området kring poolen var stort och rymligt. Läget suveränt, tyst och fint men nära till Rubicon bla. Grill som vi använde flera gånger. Stora rum, tre toaletter och duschar. Underbar pool om än lite kall. Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin finns. Verkligen välutrustat.

Lite läskigt och trixigt kodlåset på dörren som verkar vara samma kod för alla som bott i hus nr 2. Tips till ägaren att byta kod inför varje ny gäst. Skulle kännas tryggt. Poolen som sagt lite kall, två grader varmare så hade den varit perfekt uppvärmd. Vi vande oss och badade glatt. Alla positiva upplevelser överväger de små detaljer som inte var helt hundra. Hade varit bra att få veta när städpatrullen skulle komma, så man var förberedd.

Emplacement top, maison accueillante et bien aménagée au calme et proximité de la Marina pour faire les courses et loisirs. Nous avons trouvé sympa de fournir les serviettes de plage et produits de douche, et TV connectée !

Villa was great, well laid out, spacious, very comfortable and all mod cons you needs all in excellent working order. Welcome pack was great with everything you would need for arrival anytime to function without any issues and be able to have something to eat and drink. Pool was attended to by maintenance team who were all very welcoming and polite.

Fantastic location, interior better than I expected. Brilliant value for money, everything we needed for a self catering stay. Me and the Mrs had the villa to ourselves and didn't want to leave. One of the best holidays we've ever had 👍

The filter/pump in the pool on the last day stopped working or was switched off after the maintenance man came. Caused bad irritation to my eyes but it was the last day so didn't expect anyone to sort it so late, so didn't report it.

No instructions on how to operate appliances (dishwasher especially tricky as all markings in buttons & lights have worn off) Downstairs loo not flushing very well Guests at neighbouring villas vv noisy on 2 occasions

Had to change villa due to water leak, villa dated need of refurbishment

This is our 3rd stay at the villa, it’s clean and comfortable with everything you need, a little dated maybe but fully functional.

Just one niggle, maybe a few better fans, the last part of our 2nd week the temp rose and it was pretty uncomfortable at night.

Know the area well and this villia is in a great location for shops, food and the beach.It is also a lovely quiet area so no noises or loud music in the evenings. The villa was really comfortable and had everything you needed to cook and wash cloths. Pool was perfect.

Not a major issue for my wife and I as we are used to heat but there is no air conditioning or ceiling fan's...so be aware of that.

The Villa is lovely and very comfortable and modern. It's about a 30 min walk to playa blancas main strip which is fine as you can walk down by the sea front. All in All we had a fabulous time

perfect location to the harbour and nearby shop. the Villa has cooking facilities and the location was very peaceful.

Ongoing building works next door.

The location was excellent. 5 minutes walk into the Marina. It is very private by the pool and plenty of space inside. The villa had everything that we needed for a weeks stay.

The Villa is showing its age a bit now. The main problem was the low water pressure. You needed to plan to have a shower .. It would have been nice to have fresh bath towels and a change of bedding halfway through the week.

location is excellent- supermarket and restaurants are close by. The villa is very clean and spacious. It’s also well equipped and comfortable.
