Apartament complet a Encamp. Té tot el necessari per a una parella. Tenen rentadores a una sala comú que va amb monedes. Tot net i llits còmodes.
La cuina és una mica petita. El parking una mica car.

El tamaño del apartamento, las vistas y lo bien provisto de la cocina. Esta muy bien ubicado.
La poca luz del baño en la zona del espejo y lo peligroso del suelo que cuando te duchas, se encharca, al no tener mampara y es muy resbaloso. Hay que ser en extremo precavido de no pisar y preveer de llevar la fregona para secar el suelo. Simplemente tener cuidado, porque el baño fuera de eso es muy grande y tiene hasta tender.

El apartamento está muy bien. Tiene una terraza muy agradable
La reserva se hizo para 2 personas cuando éramos 3 y todavia no entiendo el motivo. Me proponen arreglarlo pagando la diferencia pero no me pueden decir cuanto es porque el director está muy ocupado. Me indican que de momento pague las tasas y los desayunos de la tercera persona porque los otros están incluidos. Al hacer el check out me dicen que ha habido otro error y que no estaba incluido ningún desayuno. De haberlo sabido habríamos decidido dónde y qué desayunar, no me parece apropiado decirlo al dejar el apartamento cuando has desayunado 2 días. Al final pagué casi el doble de lo que se indicaba en Booking al hacer la reserva y además perdí el % de descuento por Genius y el reembolso que me hacen desde un portal de descuentos. He reservado 3 apartamentos en estas vacaciones y sólo he tenido problemas en este.

El parking un poco pequeño, pero como todo Andorra es de pago merece la pena.

Muito embora varios avisos de proibido fumar em qualquer dependencia do predio, o cheiro de cigarro tanto nos corredores como na varanda era muito forte.

La poca flexibilidad de la recepción, a pesar de haber solicitado realizar el cheking a las 15h, no pudo ser.

I loved it here. From when I received a call helping me locate the Hotel to the moment I left, I was incredibly happy here. The lady who ran reception is an absolute diamond. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. She is a real credit to the Hotel!
The apartment was immaculate and really well equipped. Secure parking for my bike and space to work on it was fantastic. Bud every 15 minutes from the front door to the city and quality restaurants nearby.

Apartment sleeps 4. Easy Access from main road. Walking distance into Encamp. Shops, fuel and restaurants walking distance. Lots of trails to find nearby. If you are there to ski lift is right next door. Size of room good for 2 but wouldn’t want to have more than that. Underground parking. Great stop off if travelling to Spain. Excellent Fridge Freezer & Microwave. Shower pressure fantastic! All rooms nice size. Apartment was at the back so views of mountains and town beautiful. Heating available and Wifi Super fast! Large double glazed doors helped alot with noise reduction. Could cook most basic things with kitchen. Staff very nice. English, french and catalan spoken.
Car parking very tight warning if you have a large car! Parking price more than double of nearby Funicamp but felt more secure as we had musical instruments. Corridors of hotel were very noisy because they are all stone. We went out of season so not many comings and goings but those that did very noisy echoey. Encamp very busy so noisy most of the time even at the back. Shame that the patio windows didn’t tilt to get air you had to open or shut them. Kitchen didn’t have a basic coffee filter only a pod machine. This was personally annoying because we prefer to drink ground coffee filtered.

A big appartment and fully equiped. I realy appreciate the level of info found inside and how they managed the sejour.
I had a late check in, and they organized everything for me in advance. It was very easy and confortable for me.

What makes this accommodation unique and special are the people working there, who are super friendly and helpful. It's not a ski-in/ski-out hotel since you must take the gondola to the top. Still, considering that it is right next to the gondola entrance and you can find everything you need in the hotel or within 1 min's reach, we can say it's almost as ski-in/ski-out.

Very nice, clean, comfortable room. The room had kitchen with all equipment. The location is absoliutely super. Just out of the hotel you have rental companies for snow sports. Also there is a bus stop so you can easily go to Andora or center of Encamp.

room faced onto main road which was extremely noisy with traffic day and night. fan in bathroom didn’t work.

I loved my entire stay here - the accomodation was just right for myself for the three nights and a good proximity to the bus etc. The Andbus was able to stop right outside the apartment and the views were incredible. The staff were also so helpful and it also gave me peace of mind having access to the safe box.
The balcony faced on to an apartment block so it didn't feel very private especially since residents would open their windows and look out but this cannot be helped due to location. Because it is on a main road its very loud when the door and window is open but the noise proofing was very good when closed.

the location, a few yards from the very long cable car lift to one of the great ski centres high up in the mountains - just great- then to find a really great restaurant ( pizza / barbeque/ gourmet / tapas next door yet another bonus - we definitely will come again - by the way the room was clean / spacious / fully equipped kitchen with fridge and hob - perfect
