The breakfast and the staff. Janicleber, who works at the reception, was simply a blast. He was extremely kind and helpful, a part from being a very pleasant person. He definitely made the difference and I would recommend the property based on the assistance provided from his end.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, lovely staff. Good location with a free bus to the gondola.

The food. Breakfast was ok, but dinner was not good. Most of the hot dishes were cold, so you had to heat them in the microwave provided.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms lovely and warm and plenty of hot water. Hotel parking was a bonus. Well situated for access to ski resorts.
