We had a great stay here! Was a bit tight with 6 adults, but we made it work. It’s a nice walk down the beach in the evening, and the view from the back deck is great! Convenient to 2 train stations, so getting into Boston was a breeze.

Even though the weather was not the best. This location has a nice view of the beach. We really enjoyed the stay. Only issue is the location is in the flight path to the airport.

We had a wonderful time at this residence. It was perfectly located right outside of Boston. Very clean. Loved the view from the balcony. The host was so kind and offered a ton of recommendations for places to see. Will definitely be staying again the next time we visit Boston.

This gem completed our vacation to Boston. It provided the private, quiet mornings and nights we craved after full days in the city. Perfect location, gorgeous view, great vibe, clean, nice neighbors. And nice, unexpected touches, such as games we played as a family. We didn’t expect to use the hot tub, but got plenty of time in because the nights were on the cool side. I’d recommend to anyone, but especially couples and families.

My girlfriend’s and I stayed here for a getaway and were very happy with the property. We were comfortable, had plenty of room, and made good use of the upstairs lounge area for movies and cards. Easily accessible to the T (I recommend the Revere Beach station) to get to Boston for everything. The property manager was great to work with. And his daughter (? I think ?) who was next door was very helpful. She even got me a special gift as I was celebrating my birthday - so thoughtful and totally unexpected!

We decided last minute for a quick mid week getaway to experience Boston with the kids. We found this property and felt it was ideal to suit our needs. Plenty of room. Write up and reviews were pretty accurate. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The owner was super accommodating. Only downfall is the area was so secluded that we werent many local options for early morning eats at other than a local airport diner. Would recommend.

The property is what we envisioned for Boston... it gave us the feel for sure, and that is what we wanted most. My daughter had one request.. a hot tub.. and this one had one. We turned on the hot water and it ran to about 5 inches of water and then an unbelievable siren or sorts went off scaring the bejeezus out of us. We figured out that it must have been something related to the hot water tank or boiler or steamer or something but then we were afraid to fill the tub so we did not get to use the hot tub at all and that was disappointing. There were some beers in the fridge but it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge to choose from. Other than those two issues.. the house is great and comfy, the scenery is beautiful, the Uber price wasn't bad. The house was perfect for us so we rate 9 out of 10! We would stay here again!

I loved the set-up with the more private room upstairs with the deck overlooking the water! Everything was clean and basic necessities were provided. If you aren’t a fan of airplanes this might not be the place for you,I enjoyed watching them from the deck. Salem and Boston are a short drive away. I would definitely recommend and am hoping to come back!

We enjoyed staying here as it’s a convenient location with nice restaurants within walking distance, and the train station is nearby as well. The property is well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse for our family vacation in and around Boston. 15 minutes from downtown Boston and close to other areas we wanted to explore. Great view from 2nd floor balcony and having coffee from there was a treat in the morning. Quiet area for evenings

The place was clean and spacious, had a great view of the beach, had three bedrooms and 2 baths, and an amazing deck where you can sit and look at the beach. Steven had everything we needed for our stay, would definitely stay there again.

The garbage door was awful, hard to open. Also didn’t know two rooms were attached. Had to walk passed people to get to your room.

You should know the following before you book: You have to cross one bedroom to come to the bedroom on ground floor. This bedroom has no gas stove so you have to keep the door open otherwise it’s rather cold. On the second floor is the bedroom with the ocean view. There is no door to the toilet and the bathroom. There is no heating in the bathrooms. On two of the four days the planes were very loud between 6am and 12pm. The kitchen is pourly equipped, everything makes an used impression.

We really enjoyed our time. We had issues with heat the first night (it was our fault). The hosts were there to help as soon as we contacted them and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I would caution others on is that there are stairs up to master bedroom, so make sure you don’t have mobility issues.

The house is in a private dead end Street which was nice. But...things were not as they appeared in the ad. The picture of the ocean in the ad was taken from the upstairs bedroom balcony. Difficult to enjoy the view unless you (1) are using that bedroom or (2) walk thru someone else's bedroom to access the balcony. The 2 first floor bedrooms did not have closets. Not sure how you can advertise it as a bedroom if it doesn't have a closet. The middle bedroom bed squeaked miserably with every turn of my body. The mentioned beach access was a car ride away. Positives: Boston is super close so thats a plus! Sheets, pillows and towels provided were clean and comfortable. I was even lucky enough to find a fan to use as white noise!!Suggestion: a welcoming packet would have been much appreciated. For example: Paper towels, toilet paper, similar to what one gets in a hotel. Highly recommend renting a car...an Uber trip to Salem was $60+ !
