We have just returned from 4 days staying in this apartment in Seville. The location was ideal as it was so central. We were met as pre-arranged and shown round. All queries were answered. Our holiday couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you.

This property suited us very well, a group of four friends on a city break. We loved having so much space, inside and out. The air conditioning was a bonus as it was very hot every day. The apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped. The location was perfect- five mins walk to the cathedral in one direction and five mins to the mushroom in the other direction. Seville has so much to offer. Highly recommend the free walking tours, whereas the open top bus was disappointing- very poor commentary. The only minor quibble switch the accommodation was that one of the showers was poor and seemed to have no thermostatic control. The shower in the ensuite was fine, but all four of us having to use that one meant slower starts to the day! Also worth mentioning that the nearby church bells do ring all night, which bothered one of our party in particular. But not enough to detract from a fantastic short break.

Loved this property. Located in perfect place. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Check in process was great. Plenty of restaurants, shops and a grocery store very near by. Loved our stay.

The apartment is situated in/near the Santa Cruz barrio, which is the heartbeat of Sevilla and center of the action. Nearby is the Cathedral and Alcazar, along with many restaurants, bars, shops and flamenco options. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, including 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is centrally air-conditioned, which was a blessing this July. The patios are amazing and large, particularly the two patios connected to the upstairs bedroom. The back patio looks up at the dome of the Church of Salvador, which is about a block away, and you will also see other domes and towers in the distance. Overall, it was a wonderful location and a comfortable and well-stocked apartment and our family would highly recommend it.

From the flexibility of our arrival to the meet and greet and telling us about the locale, through to the wonderfully appointed apartment in a great location everything was more than we expected.The house is well laid out, lots of outside spaces and great facilities throughout.If there is one area for improvement, and this is really minor for me but more so for my teenage children, the WiFi is not very strong and doesnt reach throughout the apartment (but this hasnt stopped us reading this a 5 star).Not only that but Genteel were really accommodating letting us in early and checking throughout that things were going well.Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone. We were a group of 6 and were comfortably catered for.

Comfortable large apartment in a great area. Friendly check in people,all went smoothly. Short walk to major attractions in beautiful Seville. Close to great food and shopping. Would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Stor og dejlig lejlighed med tre terrasser. Velfungerende og veludstyret køkken. Lejligheden, der er til 8 personer, mangler desværre nogle stole hist og her. Der er kun 6 stole ved spisebordet og kun 6 stole på den ene terrasse. Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i gågadesystemet i den gamle bydel med mange restauranter og seværdigheder tæt på. Kommer gerne i gen.

Appartement très spacieux, calme et bien aménagé. Décoration agréable, literie confortable. Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir en toute sérénité Séville et ses merveilles. Quartier commerçant et animé. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré la grosse chaleur. Attention l'accès en voiture n'est pas facile car le quartier est piétonnier. L'accueil et les conseils de Genteel Home sont de très belle qualité.

This soartment was huge and so close to all of the sights. The property manager did a great job walking us through the unit and showing us how everything works. We would stay here again.

This flat was perfect for our stay in Sevilla. It is big and airy and the outdoor terraces are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and the house was clean and well maintained. There were three items that kept me from giving it a five star rating:The most difficult aspect of the actual flat is the location of the two bathrooms. The master bedroom and one two single-bed rooms are next to the bathrooms. Down the hall is another bedroom with two singles and upstairs is the fourth bedroom with two singles. Its a great room but one has to go down steep stairs to get to the bathroom. Its better for younger guests who dont need to use the bathroom in the middle to of the night!The other difficult thing is just getting to the flat. Its on a pedestrian-only street so you have to find a parking garage and haul your suitcases to it. That would have been fine but several of the garages were full and it took us two hours to finally find a garage where we could park. That was a bit stressful.And lastly, as mentioned by another guest, there is a very strong smell of sewer gas at the bottom of stairs and even sometimes in the flat itself.Other than those three items, its a lovely, fantastically located flat!

I can not tell how fabulous this apartment is.You have to be there to appreciate it.The location, furnishings, service everything was fantastic.Book the apartment you will not be disappointed

Cet appartement est très grand et lumineux. Nous étions huit personnes, ma famille et mes amis, et a eu un grand temps. Nous étions très à l'aise dans l'appartement. Les terrasses sont très grandes. Nous y retournerons. Merci!
