Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine: tout juste le nombre de verres, bols, assiettes et couverts pour un repas

Location was great and a lovely spacious apartment. It was always cleaned during the day while we were away.

Sofa bed was broken and multiple attempts were made to contact host but no to success. Both emergency number and messages were not responded to. Had to sleep on a couch with one of my children. Very disappointing stay and impacted on holiday severely as was tired and sore every day.

Muy limitado en cuanto a menaje( no hay tostadora, pocas tazas, platos). No hay detergente para lavaplatos. Se escuchan mucho los, ruidos del piso superior.

There is a very loud ventilator in the WC. And I guess it was not working correctly as the shower's moisture was always present.

The rooms were big, great location for the money. Clean too.

I was trying to get cold water from the tap in the kitchen and left it for a while to run but instead of getting cold water I got really hot water. I didn't understood why. I have tried both ways of the tap and still getting hot water so I used the bathroom tap. Maybe I didn't know how to use it. Haha There are instructions/rules in the apartment , but in French, I think it will be benefit to have them in English. But it was a good stay.

Location was very good to reach central Brussels.

A warning on the website or prior to booking that you there is no lift and you have to haul suitcases up at least six flights of stairs. Perhaps add a few more utensils to enable cooking for yourselves.

Three coat hangers in the wardrobe - for two people - not enough! It was very clean, but I was surprised that the towels were washed every day, that seemed unnecessary.

Great apartment in a good location

There is absolutely no help if you need any. I got locked out of my apartment because the code stopped working, waited over 2 hours on the street only to Booking to finally reach them. They do not answer phones. I then asked for an invoice which took over a week with multiple contacts with the property and booking. I travel for work and have to provide invoice to get paid for my expenses. I have stayed in other flats in Brussels that had excellent customer service - this place is to be avoided.

The size of the apartment is good, the dining room also, and I appreciated very much the coffee machine and the coffee and milk available at the property.

The bathroom smells, there are no windows in the bathroom and the humidity is very present. The steps from the apartment above are very much audible and the wooden furniture makes noises when the person from the flat above walks.

Great location, one that would suit even those who prefer to walk to the sights; solid WiFi; responsive management staff; great layout of the property.

Inconsiderate guests in the apartment upstairs (which I think was also managed by the same team as as this apartment)- these people and their children couldn't keep it quite and were constantly running or jumping on the floor and this could be heard in our apartment. You need to have a way to deter disruptive guests or not allow children at all.

The location is perfect. Close to Union institutions. It was easy to get in. Apartment was quiet during night. I liked I could use ironing facilities.

Comfortable beds in a spacious apartment located in the center. The apartment is well-styled and clean.

No wifi. No hot water. No heating. Our last night was impossible. We did not shower the day we left as it was freezing. The owner said that a technician will be sent to fix the issue, but no one showed up. Unacceptable for the price they charge and the lack of basic utilities.

The wifi didn't work most of the time. The communication with the owner was very difficult. We forgot some gifts in the fridge upon leaving. It took us around half an hour to reach someone to talk to. That person told us to try going back to the apartment and ringing the door but the cleaning lady had already finished and gone and she trashed everything. It would have been nice if she had kept & left it some place that we could pick up. The gifts could have been valuable.

Excellent location, very clean and nice apartment. Basic utensils, toiletries and towels were available. We really liked the interiors of the apartment and the location was excellent being walking distance from the centre

The location is perfect.

Very steep and narrow stairs makes it cumbersome to get to the apartments and the exit door to the building did not close automatically so it was often open - a security issue. The staircase had a strong smell of mould. The apartment is not 85 kvm with smoke detectors as described on Booking.com - maximum 55 kvm. In case of a fire in the building and with no smoke detectors, fire extinguisher nor a fire rope you can be stuck if you are staying on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor with no place to escape. I wonder if the apartment is in compliance with the requirements for fire protection in Belgium. There is only a fire extinguisher further down in the staircase. The kitchen has very few kithen utensils compared to other apartments being rented out. One pot had no lid and handles. The sofa bed that was supposed to be used as a doble bed was broken. The door in the showercabinet need to be fixed since water was coming out on the floor.

Apartment located in a quiet street with good restaurant options, in a safe environment, just a short walk away from Madou Metro Station. Apartment with a good area and with the essential amenities. Simple smart decor. Comfortable mattress. Heating system working fine. Overall, we felt it lacks just a little care and attention to cleaning service and to certain details to be very good.

The cleaning service was not brilliant. You can see that bed linen and towels are clean and fresh, and that a superficial cleaning on surfaces was done. However, kitchen extractor was greasy and dirty, glass ceiling lamps were dusty, there is dust under and behind the furniture, toilet was not immaculate clean as you'd wish. Internet works but is slow (impossible to download a film).

The location of the building was fine. The apartment was good and equipped with the basics. There’s a sofa bed that could fit 2 people and a large queen bed inside the room. Not much else that I liked to be honest.

The building was hardly noticeable. There was no sign outside to indicate that it was Urban Suites. Theres also two other locations on Google Maps of Urban Suites, but the location of our building was neither. It was a weird revelation and took us some time to locate the building. It’s just unnecessary hassles for someone staying for one night. As I said, the apartment itself was fine, but getting to our flat was the issue. It’s on the 4th floor, no elevator (which is common in Belgium apparently), and the staircase was unusually small. It was a complete hassle to get all our stuff upstairs. Not the best option for just a one night stay… you could find a better option around the same price elsewhere in the city. The bathroom smelt weird as well, although it seemed relatively clean. No one was available in the building to help us out either. It was just a bad experience. You can do better.
