This was a fantastic vacation for our family which included 6 adults and 1 teen. The house provided very comfortable accommodations with ensuite bathrooms. The house felt very spacious and the pictures depicted in the listing do not do the property justice as it's so much better in person. John is very attentive to his guests. He kept in contact throughout the booking process, just prior to arrival and personally checked our group in upon arrival. John checked in with us during our stay to assist with anything we may need. We did have a medical emergency with one in our group (food poisoning from the US) and John made a point to check in on her well being. Ultimately she was transported to the hospital by John's driver, Khai, where she received great treatment and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Mountain View Villa One is set back off of the main street on a small court which made you feel like you were very secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. The location of the villa made it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, convenient stores, pharmacies, shops, markets, and cafes. Khai was very responsive throughout our stay with arranging transportation to many locations outside of the Rawai area. Chef Jokher and his son were outstanding! We were not dissapointed with any meals during our 10 day stay. If you are considering chef services, this is the way to go. Maid staff, pool and gardening services were not intrusive and were quick about their duties. There was plenty of seating around the pool for meals, playing board and card games and relaxing on chaise loungers. The pool always felt refreshing day and night. The backyard has a beautiful backdrop of rolling hills which made for amazing sunset photos. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you John for your hospitality and great conversations!!

Very nice villa and a great host who frequently checked if everything was good. Excellent arrangement with taxi which came to the villa when we wanted, and really nice to have massage on the sunbeds. All in all a great place to spend the holiday.

John house is amazing! His staff maintains the property daily and keeps it in tip top shape. John is always available for any questions regarding day trips, transportation, or any questions about the house. The house is quietly tucked a block off the main road allowing us to walk for any supplies or restaurants that we may need and at the same time never hearing any traffic. Our group had a perfect vacation

We had the most wonderful time the villa was brilliant but be careful of extra electric charges as the maids put on the aircon when we didn’t want it or when we was out and it all adds up. The villa has everything you need and more the staff are lovely and overal we had the most amazing time. John the host was there for us when ever we needed him Thank you for making our stay fantastic

John was an amazing host. He allowed us to view the property last year when we were looking for a wedding venue. Found the property online and the pictures didnt do the property any justice. It was simply amazing. John offered to help us through setting up for our special day. The location is amazing for large groups and families who want to avoid the Patong craziness. I couldnt fault the property or Johns hospitality.

This was a wonderful vacation for our whole family. The house accomadated 8 adults and 5 children with ease. The pool and the grounds lived up to the pictures, really beautiful surroundings. The location was ideal, very walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. John was an amazing host, providing any assistance needed. We really looked at the reviews and we wholeheartedly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay in the villa. My husbond and I invited our children with families to come with us to Phuket to celebrate my husbond turning 80 in Nowember, and I booked at John Harradine Mountain Wiew Villas, and it was a great choice! We where total 12 persons, and everyboby agreed that the villa very nice, spacious, clean and everything was fine. We had a wonderful time together, and I want to thank Mr. John for being a nice and helpful host! We will tell everyboby about this place and recommend it highly! Best regards Tone

We had 16 days in this wonderfull place. It was perfect with its pool for our kids. We enjoyed the service of the recomended catering for a barbeque evening. The owner was always helpful and helped us with every need. This is a perfect place for big families or several familys. we will go back again as soon we can. Thank you John
