Great holiday for all 13 family and friends staying for a week to help celebrate a special birthday. We were blown away by the views and the accommodation was everything we could have wished for, and more! An unforgettable holiday in a very beautiful location.

I can clearly recommend this house for a family or group size extra large. Very convenient with large dining spaces, separated bedrooms, a great pool and a lovely view. I can clearly recommend this place.

Such a beautiful villa perfect for our group of girls and so clean and well kept. I booked the villa last minute due to the original villa having to cancel our reservation. I needed something big enough for 14 at such short notice. Emilia was super quick to respond and allowed us to pay in 3 parts as we had to wait for our deposit to be returned to us. We arrived at the villa, Emilia and Manuel were there waiting for us. The villa was so clean, had everything we needed and the beds were sooo comfortable. Manuel offered to take some of us to the local supermarket and then the next day came to show us how to make proper sangria. He brought us red wine and all ingredients, this personal touch really made our day before we headed to Nerja. All 14 of us wanted to stay longer and all would got back to visit again. Defiantly worth every penny <3 thank you for a wonderful stay x

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. We were a party of 16 with an age range of 1 - 70! All of us loved the villa. It had everything we needed: 7 very well appointed bedrooms, lovely balconies with tremendous views down to the sea and up to the mountains, a very well equipped kitchen and lots of choices where to eat or relax. Outside there was a beautiful garden and pool and BBQ area and the cooling breezes from being up on a hill made the August temperatures very bearable. Emila and her son Manuel couldn't have been more friendly and helpful - providing a table tennis table for us & offering advice on local restaurants and place to visit. Manuel has a wine tasting and tapas bar in Frigiliana which is very well worth a visit. Altogether it was a fantastic holiday for all of us and we'd all love to go back.

Dejlig dejlig feriebolig til storfamilien. God kommunikation med ejere. Yderst velholdt og typisk spansk interiør . Alle ønskelige faciliteter til rådighed incl stor og ren pool. Stejl og smal hårnåle tilkørsel, som er bedst til mindre biler.

Pasabamos con 9 adultos y 7 adultos dos semanas maravillosas en Frigiliana y vamos a volver cuando sea posible! Con el pool grande, cuatro habitaciones bastante aisiladas y tranquilas con banos muy bonitos, un buen equipaje de la cocina, un tereno muy bien cuidado y con la gran hospitalidad y el apoyo de la duena no queda nada de desear. Además Frigiliana es una ciudad más bonita y hay varias oportunidades de explorar a la gran naturaleza y las playas andaluces.

Wir (9 Erwachsene und sieben Kinder zwischen 1 und 5) haben Ende August / Anfang September zwei wundervolle Wochen in Frigiliana verbracht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Warum? Weil das Haus: - in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber ist. - gut ausgestattet ist (Küche mit großem Kühl- und Eisschrank + Spül- und Waschmaschine, ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage). - Kinderbetten und Kinderstühle Kinder bereitgestellt wurden. - einen Pool hat, der ein absoluter Traum ist. - eine einladende und häufig benutzte Grillterrasse mit Waschbecken und riesiger Esstafel hatte. - auf einem wundervoll gepflegten Grundstück liegt. Weil die Lage: - außerordentlich ruhig und doch nah an Frigiliana (ein wunderschöner Ort ist mit einem atemberaubenden historischen Stadtkern) ist. - eine einen wundervollen Ausblick auf Meer und Frigiliana garantiert. - nicht zu weit von schönen Stränden weg ist (ca. 25 min Fahrt mit dem Auto). - als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Alpujarras in die Berge oder Granada in die Alhambra sehr geeignet ist. Weil die Vermieter: - jederzeit zur Verfügung standen und - sehr freundlich waren. Weil Andalusien: - tolle Strände, - kulturell etwas zu bieten und - wundervolle Städte zu besichtigen hat. Obwohl: - man auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen braucht, - es 20min Fahrt zu einem größeren Supermarkt sind und - nicht alle Zimmer Fliegengitter haben. Also Fazit: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit einer großen Gruppe ist hervorragend: Machen! PS: Diese Bewertung wurde NICHT gesponsert ;-)

Somos un grupo de 14 adultos con niños que hemos pasado un fin de semana en la casa rural alqueria del duende. Ha sido una estancia perfecta en todos los sentidos, las instalacione mucho mejor que en las fotografías, la atencion muy amable por parte de Emilia. No falta un detalle en la casa, hay de todo. Hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina donde lo pasamos genial. Para repetir!! La única objeción es que si se va con niños pequeños hay que tener cuidado porque los accesos a la piscina son abiertos, no existen vallas.

Hemos pasado una semana super agradable en Frigiliana! Una casa muy bonita y completa y un servicio muy agradable! Muchas gracias de parte de toda la familia! Familia Plaisier

I chose this house to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family the first week of July . We enjoyed the rooms,everyone with its own personality, the verandah and the different terraces and balconies overlooking varied views. The first class furniture, decoration and abundance of facilities makes this house unique. The large swimming-pool surrounded by thick grass was a favourite with everybody any time of day or night. Being 500 meters over sea level, the house is blessed with breeze from the mountains or from the sea , so you don´t suffer from extreme heat sensation. Very well situated to visit Frigiliana, Nerja or nearby villages and beaches. Very near the motorway to the west to Malaga or to the east-north to Granada. The owners, Emi and Paco, are extremely friendly and eager to help or inform about the area. They keep the house spotless and specially insist that trees and different fragant plants grow around the house. My idea is to repeat the satisfying experience in a near future.

Ya estamos viajando casi tres meses por Andalucía. En enero estuvimos en la Alquería del Duende – y ¿qué podemos decir? ¡Es el alojamiento más bonito de todos! El el momento cuando entrábamos en la casa, nos sentimos agradables – cada habitación irradia y provoca bienestar, con sus colores, con sus muebles y pequeños detalles. Por la mañana disfrutábamos nuestros desayunos en la terraza con una vista fantástica sobre Frigiliana, las colinas verdes y el mar al fondo. Por la tarde descubríamos el entorno, entro otros el bonito pueblo Frigiliana con su gente amable, sus calles estrechas y restaurantes y bares recomendables. Por la noche nos relajábamos enfrente de la estufa de hierro fundido en el salón. ¡Unos días perfectos! Gracias a Emilia y Paco, los dueños, que son tan amables. ¡¡Estamos agradecidos por encontrar a nuevos amigos!!
