There is a fashion for inexpensive hotels along motorway routes. They are cookie-cutter, 'Lego' style in design, with self-contained rooms, comfortable, one of everything necessary, friendly and helpful staff, within easy walking distance of at least one and often two or three chain-style restaurants, at which hotel guests get a discount for food. Access from the motorway is easy-off/easy-on. This trend is a good thing. One can pick such a hotel and pretty much expect not just what the hotel will be like but also the surrounding area and amenities. This Best Hotel ticks all the above boxes: friendly, helpful staff, multi-lingual, comfortablel, pretty quiet, three good restaurants..... I would stop again.

A temporary situation is that the car park was partly under-construction and the approach was a bit unsettling because of temporary fencing, construction kit and supplies around and so on. However, the construction was to install a number of electric vehicle charging points, so never mind the hard hats, all for a good cause.

Simply a good travel hotel/motel. Close to the highway, small but complete room, clean, everything worked, nice breakfast, friendly personnel. I'd stay here again.

Comfortable bed and clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good sound proofing considering how close to the motorway. Quite cheap.

The bathroom smelt like drains and it is literally right next to the motorway - view out the window of the traffic. The bathroom also has a glass door which doesn’t seal which wasn’t very private.

The 60€ double room was small (10m2) but what I was looking for was comfort and cleanliness : and this is exactly what I got. The room was spotless and I was able to walk barefeet on the floor. The bathroom was hospital clean. Perfect for a restful night in a motel like location.

The sound proofing of the room was 6/10. Not perfect but could still get a good night sleep. I recommend to ask for a higher floor room to avoid sleeping close to parking lot.
