Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt in dem wunderschönem Haus. Alles sauber und gepflegt. America und Jose sind super nett und immer über WhatsApp erreichbar. Poll wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche 1x die Woche gewechselt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank! Anna,Cori,René und Philip

Maison de caractère très agréable ! Bons volumes intérieurs ! La terrasse avec coin canapé et table ainsi que les patios rendent le séjour encore plus agréable ! Maison bien située proche des commodités et à 5 min du centre ville en voiture !

The only property out of the 3 years we've been going to Corralejo with a pool that was warm all week for the children....great week, great weather and great property.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, genau wie die Außenanlage mit Pool. Wenn einmal ein Problem auftritt, so reicht eine kurze WhatsApp an America und es wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil, man kann aber auch ganz gut zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bella Lucia is a beautiful spacious villa walking distance from the centre of Corralejo. Lucia the owner was a very friendly lady to deal with and explained the important aspects of the property. The property was very clean looked after and just how you want your accommodation to look like after a long day travelling. It was bigger than we were anticipating and even with 5 adults staying the was plenty of room inside and outside the house. I would certainly go back at some stage in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und vor allem auf einer Ebene (Bungalow) mit einer sehr schönen Terasse. Der Pool wird 2x in der Woche gereinigt und wenn es Probleme gibt kann man immer die Vermieterin erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, sehr empfehlenswert.

America met us on arrival at the villa and showed us around and how all the appliances worked, the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Villa is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Kids loved the pool & the outdoors space. In a great location, nice and quiet with about a 20mins walk to the wonderful town of Corralejo. We walked into town on an evening and would then get a taxi back, approx 3/4 euros. America was a fantastic host, always contactable and was very helpful especially when we had to take my son to the doctors, America gave us a lift there and even came inside to help with any language issues, ensuring we got to see a doctor without any problems, thank you once again! We will certainly be looking to return sooner rather than later.

Clean, comfortable villa in a quite residential area, America & family were helpful when needed (could not work the TV) & nice surprise of a welcome pack on our arrival. 20/25 walk to the main town, lovely weather every day. Only slight issue was that there were no cushions for the sun beds - we bought a couple around the corner for a reasonable price of 16 euros each - enjoy your stay

The villa was very clean and comfortable inside with good facilities for a family of 5. Air conditioning was needed at night- has to be paid for but very cheap. Pool was good size and bit cold but ok considering it was November. Could wal to edge of town in 10 minutes. It’s a bit dusty in the outside areas because of a lot of building work in the area. However overall we would very much recommend this villa for a family holiday.

Propriétaire professionnelle et agréable. Maison chaleureuse, grande terrasse protégée aux couleurs chaudes, avec petite piscine. Solarium donnant une vue à 360° sur Corralejo et aux alentours. Stayed for one week with family of five adults. The villa is beautiful with all mod cons. America was as helpful as could be with welcome wine and nibbles and even brought me a birthday cake and candles!! In a quiet area, well equipped with comfortable beds and good access to local facilities. 3 mins for basic supplies and 15 min walk to large supermarket. The water park is nearby (too cold for us though :( ) and the town centre 20 mins slow walk, with taxis easily available for 3 or 4 Euros.. We loved it and if family can be persuaded we'll certainly return . Thanks to America for a special week, made all the better by an attentive (when needed) host.

All facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely welcome when we arrived and on hand to resolve any problems if needed. Villa is located slightly outside of town but it is an easy walk in to shops and restaurants.

Wir haben dieses Haus gebucht, da uns der Außenbereich besonders gut gefallen hatte und wurden nicht enttäuscht. America und ihre Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit und in 10 min. zur Stelle, wenn es irgendwelche Unsicherheiten gab. Es gab sogar einen Begrüßungssnack mit Getränken. Da das Haus in einem Neubau-Villenviertel liegt, gibt es keine höheren Gebäude ringsum, so dass man von der Dachterrasse einen unverbauten Blick auf das Meer hat. Man braucht aber unbedingt einen Wagen, um zum Supermarkt und auch in die Stadt und zu Restaurants zu gelangen. Einen kleinen Markt gibt es zwar in ca. 10 min. Fußweg, der aber hauptsächlich mit Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln (Schaufenster) wirbt. Ein Mercadona Markt mit u.a. großer Fischabteilung ist einfach zu finden. Aus Erfahrung in anderen Ferienhäusern möchte ich noch ergänzen, dass es Küchenkrepp, Toilettenpapier, Müll- und Gefrierbeutel, Kaffeefilter, Zuckerstreuer und Salz-Pfefferstreuer sowie einige Spülmaschinentabs und in den Bädern Flüssigseifenspender gab. Lovely villa Very clean Everything you need America very helpfull

Contact to America, the owner via WhatsApp was very easy all the time. We got a good description. At first we had a very warm welcome by America and her daughter. The Villa was very good equipped. We missed absolutely nothing. And we got a nice welcome package for the first day. :-) The bedrooms are all lovely. Good size and beautiful colours. Good matresses. Two bathrooms with a good size as well. The place outside was great. A cosy terrace. We spent a lot of time in the garden. We could even use the pool, the weather was fine. Villa is situated in a quiet living area. Some traffic may be heard in the morning. A car is recommanded. Some Shops and Cafés around within 10 min walk. We can recommand this lovely place for a holiday with family or friends. Would love to come back.

Beautiful villa with everything you need.. in a great location.. outdoor space is amazing! The owner is lovely.. very welcoming and always on hand to help. Would definitely recommend!

The property is a very good size. Outdoors is especially nice. Did find the inside quite dark and the furniture dated. Had a problem climbing into the bath for a shower, as a screen makes it higher than normal. We had to pay an additional €180 for two extra people to stay for 3 nights, not a normal practice when normally booking a villa. Especially as there was only two of us in what was listed as accommodation for six. The villa is in a quiet area but unfortunately a near by road was being laid and the noise and vibration on the property was quite loud during the mornings. Remember to take a towel for the pool as only a minimum are supplied (one bath and one hand towel) per person for the week.

We loved villa Lucia. It was in a quiet area not too far out of the centre. The pool is a good size and the house is tastefully furnished with good quality items America and her husband are lovely and welcoming and we can't wait to return

The villa was ideal, plenty of space and location. Set on the south part of corralejo making it ideal for peace and quiet but close enough to the town if you wanted to walk. Communication was good with the owner at all times. The villa is newly available to rent and is having improvements all the time now (small details) which are only going to improve the overall experience. We will be looking to go back as soon as work allows. Great holiday 👍
