This condo was great in the middle of town and easy to get in and out of.

This was a great property. The host was very clear and helpful in their communications. The location is great! It’s central to everything in town and was within walking distance of most things. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved sitting on the balconies and watching the deer across the mountain. Very relaxing and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Loved this lovely rental unit. Balconies on both the second and third floor with a view of the mountains and the ski lifts. This is a great location and in walking distance from the ski lodge, grocery store and restaurants. The unit was just as described! Comfortable and clean! Great place and we will certainly stay here again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo in Red River. Very convenient to everything in town. Area was quiet. Easy check in and check out. Able to cook simple meals. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the welcome bag and bottle of wine!

This was our second time to stay in the townhome. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

This was our third time to visit Red River and this was our favorite rental by far. We especially loved the remote fireplace. So easy to use on a cold day. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, with 2 bedrooms and the primary had a king size bed. My kids also loved the jets in the tub. Would definitely recommend staying there and will be booking again ourselves.

Bear Pause Lodge is very clean, cute, and cozy! My husband, 2 boys, and myself enjoyed every moment. The location is perfect with amazing mountain view’s. We are already talking about our trip back next year! You can’t go wrong with this choice!

Bear Pause Lodge is within walking distance to everything in Red River! The property was clean, perfect size for a small family. Mr. Jimmy was awesome in accommodating us arriving early! Just an all around great place!

The condo was well equipped with several different kitchen appliances and essentials (sugar, spices, etc). The location couldn't be beat - one block off the Main Street within walking distance to all the shops/brewery/market. Communication with the owner was very easy and responsive. Would stay there again.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! They had everything you could think of that you would need! Jim was always in contact and a fantastic host!

Ann and Jimmy were excellent hosts and provided valuable information well in advance to maximize our exeperience. They provided a digital guidebook link, as well as a hard copy upon arrival, that was filled with local knowledge and contact info. Location is accurately disclosed, walked to every meal and activity within Red River. The unit was well decorated, clean and comfortable.

Fantastic Condo!
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Great communication and directions from owners. Condo was well equipped with everything you needed to start your stay - coffee supplies, cooking materials, etc. Rooms were good sized, beds were comfortable, seating area was nice, two decks to sit and enjoy the outdoors and view of the Main Street one block away. We stayed there for the Red River Family Encampment and the location to the convention center couldn’t have been much better. Be aware you will have what amounts to three flights of stairs from the garage to the bedrooms, so pack accordingly. Overall fantastic experience.

Well furnished, stocked, and located home in the heart of Red River, NM
Owner easily accommodated early check-in to this beautiful home. We did discover a rodent problem and a couple hours after notifying owner, traps and bait were delivered. Everything worked well. Location is unbeatable to park events, dining, shopping, grocery, etc. We didn't need our vehicle and walked everywhere.
